I am very happy with my experience with this company. My AC went out during a summer heat wave and it was a miserable experience. I called in the morning and got an appointment for the same day after I got off work. I was told he would arrive between 4:30 and 6:30 and he showed up right at 4:30. Garrett was very professional and explained everything to me. The problem was a burned out starter on the outside unit. It was replaced and my AC was working within 30 minutes! He also told me that my unit was one that tended to be reliable and it appeared to have been installed by a knowledgeable person. He told me that I would probably be fine for another 5 to 10 years. He could have easily told me that the whole unit needed to be replaced and would not have known. I appreciate not being taken advantage of.

Contacted them due to no cold air and they were able to come out the next day on a weekend! Rick was our technician and was very knowledgable and friendly. He was able to fix the issue as well as run a quick diagnostic to make sure everything worked as it should and ensure that there were no other issues. I was very impressed and will recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Excellent service. We are renters and he Came out right away. Our unit is ancient and he was able to get it to run temporarily until we replace it. He was very personable and we will definitely be replacing our unit with them. He took no time at all to get it «working».

Had All Weather out a few months ago for $ 60 winter tune-​up special. First winter in home, needed safety check & pilot light. Also wanted estimates for BayREN energy upgrade rebate program. Said they’d be sending senior tech Garrett due to rebate info, but tech Chris showed. Very professional, polite & honest. We have an old system. Chris couldn’t do tune up without charging me additional for replacement parts so he recommended new system installed. Did safety check & lit pilot. Charged me $ 60 for that. During follow up call, they offered to send Garrett out so I could get energy upgrade estimates I originally asked for. Finally last month (when my schedule permitted), All Weather came back out & also offered me a free complimentary Summer tune up. Again, no tune was done do to the age of my system. Garrett spoke to me like I was born yesterday. He was «nice», but it seemed painful. Offered same new system estimate, but no other BayREN items. Told me upgrading my single pane windows would just be for aesthetics. Used a lot of «if you were my daughter» sales tactics. Got a second opinion from different company who’s proposal was $ 2k less and included more work & rebates! It’s important to shop around.

I would like to take the opportunity to highly recommend Gil and his team of professionals for the service I have experienced over the past two years. In brief, I replaced an aging furnace and air conditioner in my home over a year ago and the job was handled with the utmost professionalism and expertise.
Aside from the highly recommended routine maintenance which I strongly appreciate, the system has functioned flawlessly. More recently I replaced my water heater and had my vents cleaned and it was another very positive experience. All Weather is an excellent company who in my opinion provides stellar service at an affordable price.

Problem = No air coming out of vents on upstairs floor, downstairs working fine.
HVAC System = 5 yr old single HVAC with 2 independent zones and thermostats (up and downstairs). Within 30 minutes Garrett diagnosed the root cause (upstairs damper unit spring failed, resulting in closed damper, hence no airflow).
Garrett explained it was a simple fix and all I really needed to do was go to a hardware store and find a suitable replacement spring and install it. By doing so, I would save considerable $$$.
I’m very happy with the overall service and most importantly my bill!

Nice job! They showed up on time, were super nice an efficient. They took care not to make a mess on our floors with their equipment and they honored their estimate. We will call them again when we need hvac service, which I hope is not for a very long time.

New system installed in rental property in Sept. Delivered as promised. Honest and upfront about various systems and their benefits and drawbacks. So far the tenants are very pleased. I don’t normally give 5* reviews. I will modify my review should there be any future unresolved problems, but I can’t imagine that happening. This was not the cheapest system I bid out, but I believe it will prove to be the best.

I used this company in the past. They replaced my full unit in my house. I had good service and good follow-​up. I was looking at Unilocal for something else and noticed these crap ratings. Funny if you look at the people (Kim & Katie) doing it they have 5 stars for the other company (friends?) and 1 star for this one. I’m all for «just» ratings but not Unilocal bullies.

Just had my run/​start capacitor replaced by Garrett and all is well. He not only replaced what was broken, but took the time to check on other things he noticed (oil covered insulation) and recommended to keep an eye on a previous leak that was fixed. The oil covered insulation could have been when I had the leak before it was fixed, but after detailed leak checks… didn’t notice any new ones. This is the 2^nd time I used them and they’ve been fantastic to work with.

our a/​c was on the fritz which isn’t great in August. Defintly needed a whole new heating/​a/​c system since ours was 40yrs old! After getting the run a round from another company. I called them last minute and the lady who answered was very sympathetic to my situation. Came the next morning and quoted me a price that was cheaper than another company I was going to hire. I was more amazed when he told me he could install the next day! In August. which is unbelievable. Techs Ray and Mark were professional, clean and courteous. Now we have more power efficient a/​c and heater! Will def. use again

I was definitely impressed with the professionalism and moral fortitude of this company. The receptionist Michelle was was very friendly without being over the top. She helped me coordinate my estimate and repairs with ease. This was especially important since I had to have my mom be present for the consultation and repair appointments. In fact, during the estimate visit and install appointments I was never home and they work exceptionally kind and courteous toward my mom. She is actually pretty hard to impress having been a retail manager for years, and she had nothing but good things to say about her interactions.
As it turned out, my builder had done some weird stuff when they installed my original AC which made the new compressor install tricky. The guys at Allweather spent extra time installing extra equipment to get my new condenser to work and they did not charge me anything above what the estimate called for. As a business owner myself, I know that’s a tough thing to do because we have expenses that must be covered whether we are bringing in revenue or not. Kudos to you for seeing the big picture and making a customer for life.

I have been working with Gil and his team for several years and they always do great work and leave me happy and cool or warm depending on the time of the year. We recently had a problem with our thermostat and Gil came out personally and found the problem and fixed it for us in no time. I would like to thank Garrett for an outstanding job! My a/​c unit was not blowing cold air. When Garrett arrived, he expertly explained what the problem may be and how we should approach it. We opted to recharge the (15 yr old) unit and see if it would last at least through the summer. He did not rush to any conclusions even the unit seemed not to be taking the charge. After 2 hours, we finally got it charged. Garrett was very knowledgeable and professional!
When my a/​c unit and furnace needs replacing, I will definitely go with All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. As a 26 year Air Force veteran, they have earned my trust!

Called this morning to have a tech come out to look at my ac, my fan wont turning on. I’m sure they are booked solid because it’s running near 100s the last few days but I was told they could squeeze me in between 3 – 7. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call at 230 saying the tech was on his was to my house. Upon arrival I explained the issue and that my unit was in my attic, the tech told me that it was probably over 150° in my attic and they aren’t supposed to go up there cuz of health reasons. Garret (the tech) told me since I have no air, he could take a quick peak and see if it’s something he could diagnose. He found it was a defective blower door switch and he simply turned it on and off and got it working for me. It was recommended that I replace the part, which would have to be ordered, but since it’s running now it was up to me. I can’t say enough that Garret went up into my sweltering attic to find the problem and get my unit up and running and didn’t just tell me they would have to reschedule the appointment due to the heat. I’m now sitting in a cool house and have opted to order the $ 250 part and replace it so I dont have to worry about it malfunctioning again. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

I have dealt with Gil at All weather heating and air for several years. He has replaced and or repaired several systems, both heating and air conditioning for several of my rental units and my personal residence. He is always honest and forthright and I am able to rely on his advise. I am writing this review this particular time because he just finished a particularity difficult job for me. The tenants in the home had been running the unit without a filter for a few years before the air conditioner completely stopped working and they called me. I, as usual called Gil.
Gil went out and the unit was beyond dirty. Gil said it needed a mother board which is very expensive but advised that the unit could be saved with the mother board and a complete cleaning. After several trips to fix the unit and then to clean it he discovered that the motor was bad and needed to be replaced. I was on vacation and not easily reachable but Gil went ahead and replaced the motor at no additional charge and the tenants were able to use their unit. They were happy and so am I. It is nice to work with a company that takes pride in doing the right thing. Needless to say, I will be using them again in the future.

My wife and I want to thank Gil for providing us with a superb HVAC system. He provided us with several options to choose from without any pressure selling. After choosing the system that fit our needs Gil help us with financing. His team of installers were prompt and courteous. We would highly recommend Gil and his team to any and everyone who has an HVAC problem.

Leonard and Keith installed a two-​zone controller in my system today, and also did the duct-​cleaning service.
They showed up on time, were careful with my house and furniture, and cleaned up thoroughly. They were friendly and did a good job explaining the service they were performing, and how the new system works. Their prices were also reasonable compared to other bids I received. I will be calling these guys again when I need any heating or cooling service!

After turning our A/​C on for the first time after the winter, Mothers Day weekend 2013 = No cooling… UGH!!!
I called first thing Monday morning on a referral from a family member. They promply scheduled my service call at 8:00 — 10:00 am window Tuesday morning. During the service call, I was informed of the problem immediately (all Gil had to do was turn on the unit and listen). He replaced the faulty capacitor and a questionable looking switch along with an overdue tuneup.
