Peak Heating & Air Conditioning

I had very bad experience with this vendor. I had an issue with the AC in the apartment and called Peak Heating & Air Conditioning. The guy came checked and fixed the Thermo on Wednesday. However, in the morning of the second day, the AC went wrong again and flooded the whole Kitchen floor and the wall for unknown reason not identified timely. I reached out to them again, they first said that they could send people to take a look next Monday, but then later they said, it has to be next Thursday. I called them a couple times, they eventually indicated that they could not do it they can’t do it if the AC needed to be replaced. It was so bad an experience that this vendor does not help client throughout and quite in the middle leaving me with nonfunctional AC in hot summer, not mentioning that they even did not identified what’s the reason of AC breakdown and the whole flooding cause by the breakdown. Besides, the questioning technical skill, the work ethic of this vendor was not good. I won’t recommend this vendor.
