Benson Plumbing and Heating

We had a hot water tank leak so we searched the internet for plumbers in the neighborhood. That’s how we found Benson plumbing and heating — and we feel so lucky to find him.
These are the reasons we are very pleased with him and the work he did for us
1. He is very prompt. The first time we called him for the leaking tank, he showed up within an hour to take a look at the problem. For every single appointment after that, he showed up right on time as he promised.
2. He is extremely knowledgable. He really knows what he is doing, and gives a LOT of great suggestions on how to be «green» and more energy efficient.
3. He is very patient. When we couldn’t decide what to do for the leaking tank (i.e., replace it with a similar tank, or upgrade to a better one), we called him several times with questions. Every single time, he answered our questions with patience, and went beyond to tell us pros and cons for each option we were considering. This helped us greatly in making the decision.
Benson plumbing and heating is certainly our go-​to person now when we have plumbing issues. Thanks Brian!
