The instrument cluster went out on my 2007 Chevy Avalanche. Came across the «The Gauge Guy» here on Unilocal and decided to give him a call to see if he could help me with this issue. I called, left a message and within 15 minutes I got a call back and was set up with an appt for the next day.
The following day, he arrived promptly at the time scheduled. I left work late and was running a little behind schedule. He waited about 15 minutes for me to arrive and although I was expecting him to be a little annoyed with the fact I was late, he greeted me with a smile, shook my hand and got to work. It took him about 10 minutes to fix an issue with my truck that I’d been having for months.

Awesome Service. I’m late at posting, but I called a few other people to solve my Guage issues, but this was the first guy who actually showed up. Not only did he come out, he kept in contact with me, letting me know he hadn’t forgot about me, and he actually showed up on time. On top of it all, he took the time to explain what he was doing, and why I was having problems the first time. He gave a great warranty, and did an awesome job!!!

Al came to our house and within minutes he had the gauge cluster out of our 03 Tahoe and was replacing the motors and lights on the gauges. Very professional, knowledgable and super friendly. I can’t forget to mention that the pricing is GREAT!

Al knows what he is doing. Very professional and accommodating. Has a cool set up on the tailgate of his truck just for doing GM gauges. Al is so fast he could do it with his eyes closed. I haven’t had any gauges for three plus years and in fifteen minutes they are all fixed. If you are thinking of doing this yourself, don’t!!!this is such an intricate job that can go wrong very easily. He’s done over three thousand of this exact repair, trust him. My cluster went out on my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado truck, first the oil then speedo, tach, and then gas gauge, called The Gauge Guy and he came out the same day, now everything works and at a great price, The Gauge Guy is the place to repair your gauges fast

2007 Suburban speedometer electronic dispaly went out. Could not see current miles (odometer) and all sensors, tire pressure, etc… I tired everything and everywhere, dealer asking anywhere from $ 800 to $ 500 and had to leave the vehicle there for a few days. «YouTube» vedios suggested remove and sending out to somewhere out of town plus had to find someone to remove and then re-​install $ 70 to remove and re-​install and $ 200 to ship out of town, total cost $ 270, with 90 day warranty. My 2007 tahoe’s maintenance display went dark, couldn’t see mileage or what gear I was in.
