I would love to thank this store and the very experienced Jeweler and store manager Lisa H. I did play my shopping smart and went to a store before here and Lisa was very professional and was top notch. She worked with me and made me feel valued I felt special. I’m proposing soon and felt amazing leaving this store! Can’t wait ! Thank you Lisa and thank you Daniels jeweler! Professionals matter in this business and I can’t thank you enough.

I rarely have anything nice to say about businesses when on Unilocal but I felt entitled to give compliments where they are due so, If you are looking for an Honest answer and a good deal go see Lani ! Always make my payments on time and I’m always happy about going in to make them since the staff is all so welcoming! Danielle helped me with my account and she also helped my husband with his she’s awesome! And they give my two toddler balloons every time they go in with me. Great service.

I love my ring and the person that helped us was awesome… but the person that checked us out failed to mention there was a $ 50 resizing fee and also a 50 $ diamond warranty. I guess they noticed we were flustered with our two crying children since we had been in there forever just getting approved for the credit and waiting to be helped! Definitely will choose someplace else to get our actual engagement set!

I came in here last week with my male coworker in tow in search of a ring for my boyfriend.
Right away a larger male associate greeted us and proceeded to follow us around the store.
I explained to him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, and he continued to show me items that were not nearly the fit of my description, but rather were the «best deal» in the store right now.
I’m not looking for a deal; I’m looking for x, y, and z.
The associate kept showing me rings that were out of my price range, and when I explained «that’s too expensive,» he laughed and said «No it’s not! It’s only $$$.»
Um, excuse me?
If I say it’s too expensive, then I can’t afford it.
Don’t attempt to peer pressure me into spending more money after I already told you how much I wanted to spend; that means I have a budget that I obviously carefully selected and determined according to my needs.
All in all not impressed.
The selection is meh, but the overtly pushy sales people killed it for me.
There are a plethora of jewelry stores inside the mall, many of whom have better and more friendly customer service worth considering over this place.

Amazing service! We went in just to browse at wedding bands. Immediately we were welcomed and directed us to the bands. Jamaal had my fiancé take off her ring to show her the different type of bands that would look amazing with her engagement ring. He even showed us ones that were on sale. She fell in love with one of them and he directed us on how to purchase it without paying it directly. He even have us the option to clean her ring and replace my ring that was a bit chipped. It was so amazing!
