I showed up after there lunch closure. I was so surprised that I got in and out within 30 minutes. Very happy.

Very quick and helpful. The technician was friendly. I walked in, signed in, they copied my lab order and insurance card and had me walk right back in. There were only 3 people waiting when I came in. I tried to make an appt. online the night before but all the early times were taken. I saw on Unilocal that they also take walk ins and I live close by so I took a chance. They are supposed to contact your physician with lab results but just to make sure I’m going to tell my dr. that I’m done. I was also told by my doctor that they would have my lab order online but I took a physical copy to them as well. It was my first time with this lab and I wanted to make sure all would go smoothly.

The process once I came at the right time was painless. Somehow I was called up only 5 – 10 min after I signed in, even though others were waiting before me. I was in and out in 30. What wasn’t okay had to do more with corporate. They have different hours for regular stuff and drug testing, but only show 1 on Google. The drug screening sheet I was given only showed 1 set as well. When I called the quest diagnostics #, and followed the prompts to hear the hours from the automated machine, it said their drug testing is til 12:30, but when I arrived at 12:05 and told them about the phone message they turned me away and showed me the business card showing the drug testing hours as til 12 for lunch. Seriously, the drug screening sheet I was given said to call the phone # to confirm hours, and even those are wrong. Change them. For the sake of every future pissed off patient.
