I have been coming to this lab for hcg tests over the last couple months. First to monitor my pregnancy and then after miscarriage to monitor my hcg levels to make sure they were going back to normal.
The staff here are very nice and helpful!

The best time to go is in the afternoon. I’ve been here about 5 times and I never had a horrible experience, I’m not saying that it doesn’t happen. The oldest lady that works there (white hair and glasses) is not as pleasant as I would like people in the medical field to be. The girl with the slicked back hair is nice and so is the lady who takes your blood with the heavy accent, she did bruise me once though. The guy that works there is nice. If you go in the morning it’s going to be packed. There is a reason why drug screenings are only from 1−4PM, it’s the least busy time.

Unpleasant experience coming here. The front office lady seemed as if she hated life and everyone in it. She was rude to everyone that came into the office, even rude to people over the phone. As soon as she got off she would nag about the conversation she just had to another staff member. Super unprofessional. The lady in the back who did my drug screening was not friendly or welcoming either. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming here for years and the girls know me. They are great and so nice and caring. But now they got a really rude grouchy older woman to man the front in the mornings. Where did they find her? She is so short with everyone and it’s really unpleasant! If I didn’t know better I’d have given less stars just because of her.

I highly recommend this location! I had an appointment at 4:30pm and was out in 10 minutes. I read a few reviews that mention about the long wait and probably their experience was different. All the ladies working here were very sweet and kind. All I’m waiting for now is to receive my results tomorrow by email.

Went in to get blood drawn and for the first time in my life my vein was found the first time and I swear I literally did not feel it at all (well except for the tourniquet) I have very deep veins and they’re small so this is always a pain but the technician did a great job. She was also very friendly, almost wanted to stay and give her more lol. I was a walkin during lunchtime and total time there was only 20 mins

This place is amazing. Fast and friendly. Yes parking is not that great. Way better than the other lab places I’ve been too. The waiting room would have enough room if each person didn’t bring all 12 family members!

Had to get blood drawn a couple times here and all staff were very friendly. I didn’t have an appointment either time and I only waited a few min to be seen each time. They said the results would be in 2 days later but they were in the next afternoon. They also drew the blood very efficiently and with little pain. Kaiser would always stab me a few times trying to find a good vein.

Can’t say much about the place cause after spending 10 minutes looking for somewhere to park i walked in to the office to find no where to sit (a ton of people waiting). I understand that they are busy but the lab tech/​receptionist couldn’t even look up at me to make eye contact to tell me they won’t be able to see me until almost 4hrs from now and I can either come back or make an appointment online. I said thank you and she simply ignored it… very rude but again, not much of an experience cause I didn’t stay to receive services… going to try another place.

Horrible horrible place. The staff is unfriendly and seems unorganized. I went in for a simple pregnancy blood test. Should of had my results in 2 days but it’s been 5 and I’m still waiting. I’ve tried calling their office and it’s incredibly difficult to get someone on the line to talk to. I got hung up on and the other 4 times I called the phone just rang and rang. Any woman that’s been in my shoes after finding out they’re pregnant knows the emotions that are going through your head and you just want to know how far along you are so you can make further appointments with your OB/​GYN. Absolutely frustrating and a terrible experience for such an exciting time in me and my husband’s lives.

Worst experience ever. Veronica, the front desk lady is beyond rude. She made me go upstairs to my drs office and get the missing information instead of doing her job. Too bad there isn’t a way to effectively complain about her even though my drs office routinely gets complaints about her. On the plus side there was no wait. One star only because it makes me.

If I could give less than a star I would!!! This place (front desk staff) is horrible!!! I have been here for times and every time that are BITTER!!! Crack a small smile it won’t kill you I swear!!! We’re the ones giving blood not you!!!

Yes we all have to get our blood drawn, yes there is a wait, yes it sucks. But the worst part about this experience is the staff. Starting with the girl up front who can’t even manage to look up from her computer to answer your most basic questions. Yes, the one with the bad red dye job. She is beyond rude. I normally don’t write reviews but I have been here several times with the same bad experience. If you have an option of another place I would use it. And if you have to come here schedule an appointment to get in and out as quick as possible. Good luck.

This place should be reported! Horrible experience for my husband. Red head lady was rude… blood drawer was rude and rough. Why do people work here of they don’t like their job?!? When you work with people… especially when you’re providing medical services… you SHOULD like what you do aannnnddddd LIKE PEOPLE TOO! FIRST AND LAST TIME THERE!!!

The worst. From the dumb flower pens and snarky admission staff to the girl who couldn’t take my blood, I’ll never return.
Maybe I threw her off, not wanting to share the details of my day, but she finally stopped when I cried out, «what the hell are you doing?» Then she had another woman come and finish the job. Even that woman made some comment, jokingly but obnoxious, about liking her job because it gave her the power over the patient. Lady, you have no power over me, you’re providing a service, and badly, I may add.
This is the first time in over a decade that I’ve had a problem having blood drawn and left really annoyed, and bruised.
I wish I wasn’t going to have to pay the balance of what my insurance won’t cover.
If you have a choice, go across the street to the 685 building instead. They have a nicer facility and are way better at what they do over there.

Very friendly staff, clean office, and no long waits each time I have been here. I highly recommend. Both my baby and I had to get blood work and it was truly a breeze.

The ladies there are super nice. I had to to my pregnancy 2 hour glucose test here and they were very friendly, and made conversation considering I was there so long. Only thing is the lady who did the drawing of blood was a little rough for my taste, and I am the furthest thing from being afraid of needles. But she did leave me with a bruise, which I still have even though its been 2 weeks.
