Had to cancel my listing with Nathan at Greenvista Reality and go with Brian Way at Keller Williams. House could sell itself and he did not have the experience to close the deal. Nightmare and would not let me get out of contract. I had to pay him even though I listed with the buyers agent as he is incompetent and lazy! I refused to pay him so Brian Way the buyers agent paid him out of his commission!
