Had my van serviced here 2 – 3 years ago and they said that the it is warrantied for life of the vehicle. Now the paint is totally faded and they don’t want to repair or fix their work! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THIER WORK!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I have a 335i coupe that hit something on the freeway and scratched my bumper. I asked my mechanic if he had a paint shop he could recommend and knowing how much I love my car he said the only place to take it was Masterpiece. When I showed up they gave me a tour and I knew I was in good hands. They even sent pictures of the process as they were painting and when it was finished I honestly think it may look better than the rest of the car! And to be honest the price was still cheaper than everybody else. I’m a customer for life and have already referred others as well. Could recommend more highly.
