I recently purchased a brand-​new 2015 VW Jetta, after only having the vehicle about 6 months, I was rear-​ended and the person who hit me did not have insurance. My insurance company recommended a few shops in my area, but after researching those shops, they did not have very good reviews. Actually some even had bad reviews. So I started to search Google and Unilocal to find Green Tech Collision Center. With such great reviews, I decided to give them a try. Raymond was amazing! I told him my situation and that we did not have rental car coverage. Raymond worked very hard to repair the vehicle to perfect condition as quickly as possible. He also used new parts, not used or aftermarket. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone. I don’t really write Unilocal reviews, but Green Tech completely impressed me and deserves a perfect 5 star rating!

Raymond (owner) @Green Tech goes above and beyond his professional expertise. If you are reading this review trying to decide on a place to bring your vehicle for repair, look no further. He fixes it the way it is supposed to be fixed, carefully explaining to customer and insurance adjusters (who want to go cheap) what the problem is and why it needs to be fixed properly. After being rearended, Allstate recommended Caliper Collision. NOTE: Allstate has an office right in the Caliper building on Towne Ave Pomona!) They gave a repair quote of less than our $ 250. deductible, basically saying it was a cosmetic repair. Well, we had been hit hard and had the photos of the badly damaged front end of the car that slammed into us. Long story short, we took it to Green Tech and Raymond saw immediately the extent of the damage underneath, proved with photos how the underbumper had been split apart, etc., and fixed it so our bumper will function as it should if we are ever hit again. Caliper wanted — and Allstate would have gladly let them — just fix the surface, not the crucial inner construction and surrounding area. Your car will not only look great after work done by Green Tech, you will have peace of mind that the work that needs to be done (for safety reasons) will be completed.

I came here after being referred by Alonso’s (see other post). I checked the reviews and decided to give it a try. Here’s what I came up with.

I would HIGHLY recommend Green Tech to everyone, they deserve a five star rating and I am still in shock with the great job they did on my vehicle. My car needed so many repairs, and I was impressed when they gave me my car back looking brand new! I was skeptical because some places have a hard time matching paint colors and Green Tech was able to blend the color so well. They are very professional, organized and quick. If you need repairs, I would without a doubt recommend Green Tech Collision Center.

I was rear ended a few weeks ago. The other driver wanted to handle the costs out of pocket without getting their insurance involved. Being the nice person I am, (I got all their info and a report just in case) I agreed to get a quote. I’m not familiar with body shops in my area. I called Alonso’s Auto Repair (I’ve been getting my car serviced here and the owner is an honest guy) to ask what body shops they recommended. They recommended Green Tech. I called, spoke to Ray and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Ray took a good look at my car and gave me a detailed quote right away. I ended up going through insurance. I checked out reviews for authorized shops approved through my insurance. They were hit or miss or customers complained about having to take their vehicle a second time due to poor workmanship. So I decided to take my car (2008 RAV 4 Sport) to Ray. My rear bumper, decal, and spare tire cover were all replaced. When I picked up my car today it looked brand new! Aside from the damaged parts being replaced, they practically detailed my car. I was surprised to see my headlights were polished. The customer service was great! Arlene was very helpful. She always answered my questions (via phone & email) and gave me updates about my car (insurance supplements being approved, parts ordered, day and time my car would be ready). Ray told me to contact him if I had any problems with my car and he’d take care of it. I’m so glad I brought my car here. He’s a professional and honest guy. If I ever need any body work done in the future, I’d definitely come back.

Green Tech Collision in Upland is HANDS DOWN the only place to take your car in SoCal after an accident. They have repaired our vehicles three different times after being in various auto accidents. Their workmanship is so good, I consider it to be better than the manufacturer who rolled the car off the assembly line brand new. So when I say better than new, I mean better than the car was before the accident. They go the extra mile every time. My BMW 128i had been cited for a window tint violation before my accident. Green Tech removed the tint free of charge, so I could remedy my «fit it ticket» as soon as it got out of the shop. Green Tech works very hard making sure your insurance company doesn’t take short cuts. Our insurance company wanted to just resurface two damaged aluminum wheels and put those back on the car.
Green Tech followed factory repair specifications to the letter so now we have (2) brand new wheels and (2) brand new tires and then Green Tech gave us the old wheels and tires, to use as spares. What other shop wouldn’t just recycle or resell those? Then, the owner of Green Tech is awesome at with working complex insurance cases. Our BMW had already been beautifully repaired by Green Tech once before. Then, my daughter was driving it and hit a curb at a very low rate of speed, making a turn after sitting at a red light. No body damage, besides very minor damage to the bottom of the front bumper. It had ZERO engine damage. It had two flat tires and some suspension damage underneath. Our insurance adjustor went to Green Tech to assess the vehicle’s damage. He declared it to be a total loss. I was shocked and displeased to say the least.
The problem is that these newer high-​end cars and now even Ford trucks are being made using aluminum parts to make their vehicles lighter and more fuel efficient. Aluminum parts bend, twist and break VERY easily and are NOT repairable AT ALL. Any damaged aluminum auto parts all need to be purchased brand new and be completely reinstalled. I fought it out with my insurance for (3) weeks and finally got them to agree to fix the car. Without Green Tech that never would have happened. How did Green Tech help you ask? Well, under section # 6 of the Auto Body Repair Consumer Bill of Rights, we (consumers) are entitled to «seek and obtain an independent repair estimate directly from a registered auto body repair shop for repair of a damaged vehicle, even when pursuing an insurance claim for repair of the vehicle.»
Which means that we, the lowly insured, DO NOT just have to take the word of an insurance adjustor when they tell us that our vehicles are totaled and they are going to keep our cars. My insurance company put up a huge fight, HUGE, making us have the frame measured (which is usually a $ 1,500 EXTRA expense) when hardy any shops even have that machine to measure a German auto frame, because the machine itself costs $ 50,000.00. Then our insurance made us also do a partial tear down for the vehicle, looking for more damage. If it was not for Green Tech, I would NEVER have won this fight. It just so happened that Green Tech was the only shop in town that actually had the frame measuring machine for German cars. Green Tech also did the partial tear down and worked with me for three (3) weeks before they ever even got the job and they did this FOR FREE!
While the BMW was still in Green Tech’s shop, my other daughter got into an accident where she was not at fault, while driving a Convertible Turbo VW Beetle. There are times when you hope a vehicle is totaled, like when you own it outright, have full coverage, aren’t at fault and it could be repaired beautifully with aftermarket used parts, for a faction of the price. Now, we were in the completely reversed situation fighting for one vehicle to be fixed that our insurance wanted to total and for our other vehicle to be totaled, that our insurance wanted to fix. And Green Tech, did all of the actually fixing of both vehicles better than new. When you have three young adult drivers in the house under 25, as we do, a GREAT body shop is as needed as a good medical doctor.
And finally, I love that they are a «GREEN» shop, hence the name Green Tech Collison. They are as concerned about the environment as I am and they use the best «green» practices employed today in the industry. One last note, they should call the shop the Clean Green Shop, because the place in spotless and I would have no problem eating my organic lunch while sitting on the shop floor barefoot. If you want your car fixed and be as happy as me, where you would sit down and feel so compelled to spend your valuable time writing a review like this, for no other reason than but pure satisfaction, GO TO GREEN TECH COLLISION in Upland.

I previously had body work done on my fathers truck, this truck has sentimental value because my father has past. The work that was performed by a local body shop with many go backs. When by change I came across Green Tech, Raymond repaired my fathers truck beyond my expectation. I’ve been with Green Tech for Several years now and will continue. Very kind people and good customer service.

I don’t write Unilocal reviews often but I felt the need to write this one since both times I’ve been have been utterly flawless. Green Tech completely deserves the perfect 5 star rating they have here!
I was quoted a very reasonable price and even though the work ended up being much more costly, I was still charged the quoted price. This shop is the MOST honest, trustworthy and friendly I’ve ever encountered and I can’t see myself going ANYWHERE else in the future. Raymond is incredibly patient and goes through everything with you. Even if it is a drive, it is still worth it to come here!

I was referred to Green Tech Collision Center by a highly respected professional in the same industry, and have been resorting to their service for the past year.
The shop is friendly, easy to work with, and most importantly, very trustworthy: All the estimates and promised dates were honored, eliminating the need for me to check with them regarding the paint job.
There are not many places out there where I can comfortably hand them my car key, and let them work on my car without asking questions. Among these few excellent places, Green Tech happens to be one of the best.

I took my car here all the way from San Diego and i can say it was completely worth it!
My front bumper was cracked from a collision and we had an after market bumper installed and Raymond took the extra step to make the fitting flawless. He pays great attention to detail and makes it a priority that everything looks on spot!
Overall i was extremely happy with the job! I hadn’t been that excited to see my car look that way since i bought it!

Raymond and the crew at Green Tech are the ABSOLUTE best! I usually buy at least 4 – 6 cars a year and have a lot of minor touch up work and even some more major work such as the entire car paint jobs… whatever the task– no matter how big or small… they are the best of the best with incredible attention to detail and always have my best interest in mind. They always keep me informed of the progress and what I can expect. Raymond is the nicest, most honest guy around and I feel completely comfortable trusting him to do major paint work on all of my vehicles… even a super-​car that’s worth over $ 100K! We took my sons car in because of the good reviews Unfortunately we didn’t have insurance to cover the damage but Ray was very understanding and was nice enough to give us a very good deal. When the car was done it looked awesome! I would highly recommend, good work and good customer service!

I have had several cars fixed over at Green Tech and I have to say that they are by far the best auto body shop that I have every used! Their attention to detail is impeccable and their pricing is always better than any of their competitors! Plus their management and staff are super friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I have lived in the Temecula area now for the past 8 years and I still always make the drive up to Upland as they are that good! During my last visit my car’s AC had not been working for several months, and the heater was constantly on, I had another shop look it over and they told me that it would cost between $ 500-​$ 1,000 to get it fixed, but when I took it to Green Tech they told me that all I needed was some freon and minutes later my AC was back as good as new! I highly recommend Green Tech for all of your automotive needs!
