Had left a horrendous 1 star review involving the crappy service I had received by the manager involving my transactions and return messups. Because of the messups ive been shopping elsewhere. Came here the other day and was treated extremely good by this African American fellow who I wish was the manager here instead. As a huge spending customer I’d expect to receive at least decent service. I hope this change gradually continues.

I truly hate waiting at this game stop and every game stop… the wait is always soooo damn long. and they always only have one person working or sometimes two but even w that its always slow and of course they checj ids for a video game? Dont even get that lol but according to the guy there its more of a fine than not carding someone for alcohol I dunno. …and overpriced –_​– but w. e my bro likes it

Went to return some broken stuff from another Game stop and was helped by Steve who refund $$ without problems. Unlike the idiots at lake and washington in pasadena. You guys need to go and train those donkies. Will do business again in this location.

After years of purchasing my games from here, I have realized they are the most expensive store to buy your games. Target and Amazon have the best prices, go to Target if you really want the game now or if you can wait and save a lil bit more money buy it on
