Stay away if you want to enjoy life. He screwed up mine totally.

Steve Bobman is an attorney that does family law and maybe some other stuff, but he represented my daughter’s boyfriend in a custody/​parenting plan situation. He spent thousands of dollars performing services and scheduling hearings that were unnecessary with no chance of success. He tried to get custody from the child’s mother who was a model citizen and a totally fit mother. He would make totally unsubstantiated allegations in court and try and use Facebook and text messaging as is source of information, at which, the superior court judge laughed and told him no judge uses facebook or text messaging. As a result of this hearing the judge implemented this unrepresented girl’s parenting plan, ordered his client to pay for future expenses and basically lost on every point he was trying to gain.
After the pair settled, he was ordered to prepare the paperwork, which consisted of adding a few lines to an already existing parenting plan to make it final. He had 3 weeks to do this, which of course, he failed. He extended it 2 weeks and then refused to mail the paperwork to the other side as he said he would do.
Ambulance chasing attorneys would be a step up from this buffoon. We consulted other attorneys before this guy and they all said the parenting plan was really generous but this hack refused to tell his client yes, this is really good, and instead thousands of dollars later and days of missed work, the original parenting plan is accepted and put in court.
I wouldn’t send an enemy to this guy. Do yourself a favor and hire a real attorney not some guy that plays at being one.
