Brian is a great attorney! He responds to all my questions quickly, and helps make an otherwise horrible experience go by smoothly. I always hear how lawyers are liars and try to bleed their clients, but not Brian! I have been screwed over again and again by my insane and abusive ex-​husband and I’m so glad I don’t feel like I’m getting screwed by my lawyer too. He’s honest about cost and what is realistic in terms of options. He not only cares about getting my problem resolved quickly, but also cares about saving me money and time. He really is on my side and that is what I need most.
Before I went to Brian, I went to another lawyer that I was referred to by NW legal justice project, and this guy tried to charge me $ 200 for my first appointment, where he told me I didn’t need a lawyer. This was after I told him about my ex’s abusive behavior and that we owned a house together that my ex was still living in, but decided to stop making mortgage payments on. This lawyer didn’t even understand the divorce decree.
