Love the service received for value. Clean basins for feet(they use liners– yay!), tools are clean and time is taken. Never feel rushed. I highly recommend this

This is my go-to place for my nails! The employees are very welcoming and accommodating. I have had my nails done with 3 different people and they all took their time on my nails and didn’t rush. I usually get gel or the dip and they have always turned out so pretty! Love this place and would highly recommend

I’ve been here three or four times and my nails are perfect every time. Mia is really sweet and works on the weekends. They’ve been renovating the place and it’s not as fancy as some of those super glam places you’ll find in uptown, but it’s full of nice people who do good work and the service and price is great. I feel very lucky to work only a block away. I can swing by for a gel manicure, it’s very convenient :-)

Very friendly owner & staff! Clean, they feed you wine at 11:30 on Saturday morning & lots of colors to choose from for nails. They even give you a warm neck pillow! Tried this place because it was close to my gym & needed a good pampering after my intense Zumba class. So glad I came.

Needed a quick polish change on toes and a manicure. Ann did a very nice job on both. She was very helpful and was happy to follow my instructions about NOT trimming cuticles. The salon is clean and it’s nice that it uses extra precautions with the foot bath liners.

Don’t do eyebrows here, the main lady who sits at the front desk was in a rush one day when I came in to get my eyebrows waxed. Instead of sending me away because she was too busy she did my eyebrows in a hurry, without paying attention, and ripped off half of my eyebrows. I was devastated, it’s been 7 months and they still have not grown in the same, I have to use a brow pencil to fake the shape I had naturally. I still have hope for my eyebrows, but not for this place. For the sake of your eyebrows — don’t go here!

The new ownership/management is wonderful! I feel great about bringing my business to such a friendly and skilled team. I regularly get manicures and pedicures and occasionally have a facial. The technicians are super friendly, fast but not rushed, and offer great products and services. The salon is open almost all holidays and even in bad weather. I love seeing Teresa, Kasey, and Diane each time I visit. Thank you for your great service!

Such an enjoyable experience. They were so attentive and did a great job. I got a deluxe pedicure(which I highly recommend) and my eyebrows waxed. Very clean, sanitary(use plastic basin bags and new equipment), and nicely decorated. The massage on my legs and feet were wonderful. Reasonable priced for the quality you receive. Definitely will go back!

Ive been going here since moving to this area. This salon is under new management. They have updated the place and really make it a true spa experience. Most importantly, the salon is very clean and santizied. They have always offered wine, soft drinks, or water. They have added wine margaritas to the service. Kasey and Christy understand that making the client happy keeps people coming back. You are greeted warmly and very week taken care of. I am rather picky about my nails, and they always accommodate my requests. They also offer the latest in nail trends as well.

I went into Annie’s with low hopes for them after reading this review, but as I came in the new manager helped me out and pampered me. I loved there new decorations and I love that there’s so many discounts offered. I highly recommend Annie’s!

This place has new ownership & it rocks! Casey & her sister opened it up about a month ago & the service is VIP all the way. Great massage plus nail service. The negative reviews below are from the previous owner so disregard.

I went there before looking at these Unilocal reviews, and honestly I do not agree. I had a special spa mani/pedi combo and it was the best one yet! I’ve had manicures and pedicures at the Spa at Nordstrom, the nail salon at Walmart and countless places in between, and this place is my new favorite. The employees were super nice, and did an excellent job! I had all different kinds of fruit and lotions massaged into my arms and legs, hot towels and rocks, nails painted up perfectly and walked out feeling so relaxed and ready to conquer the world! =) If you happen to stumble across this salon, go ahead and give them a shot. It’s worth it!

They were very friendly and sweet buy honestly I did not like nor the mani or the pedi. Massage was bad. I had paid for a stress-relief pedi and callus removal and they did neither. Maybe not everyone has the same training I don’t know. But I feel like I overpaid for something I did not receive. Most likely will not be going back there.

I had a terrible experience here today. All I wanted was my gel manicure removed, as it begins to bother me after a few weeks by snagging my hair and clothing. Now, I have never had a gel manicure removed in a salon(I have unsuccessfully tried to remove it myself, which is why I decided to go to a salon this time) but there is no way that mine was removed correctly today. My nails were soaked in acetone for a maximum of 3 minutes and then FILED aggressively to remove the polish. Two of my nails were filed so roughly that they are painful and pink beneath my nail bed. It is extremely uncomfortable. My nails are now so weak that I had to cut them very short. I would NOT recommend this salon to any one.

The manicure was ok, nothing special, although she gave me a great neck and shoulder massage. Then again aren’t all neck and shoulder massages great? The guy doing my tootsies clipped the cuticle too close and a tiny bit of blood came to the surface. Not acceptable. Oh, and if you are like me and you«look under the rug», then check out the filtered reviews that Unilocal was smart enough to keep from view. Written by a person with the same name as the salon, giving it amazing perfect wonderful glowing ratings. Imagine that. Could it be that the owner faked a review? nah. I’m sure it’s just coinky-dink. wink wink. I’ll stick to my other preferred nail salons. Can’t recommend this one.
