I love Imos but this location is horrible! Judging by the other reviews I have read for this location, my experience is not unique. Every time we have ordered delivery the pizza has arrived cold, the driver gets lost(it’s not difficult to find our apartment) and it has always taken way too long(1.5 hrs at one point). Even when I go to pick it up the pizza is just made poorly and the workers are rude. Because we are outside the delivery zone for other locations, when we want Imos we have to do pick up at an out-of-the-way spot. So annoying!

Worst pizza I ever had and the chicken wings is a joke. No meat at all. They burned the chicken wings. We paid $ 104 for the pizza and chicken wings. It ends up no one even wanna had the second piece.

The pizza is average. Why? Because by the time they deliver it everything is cold! I don’t like pizza, but love Imo’s. However, this location is terrible. The workers are lazy, rude, slow, etc. They have never been pleasant or fast. I literally live within 7 blocks & have never gotten a pizza within an hour. So tonight as I write this review it’s been an hour &1 minute. Still NO pizza. I am done giving them my business. I do think the thing that bothers me the most is that out of any complaint I’ve ever made or any terrible review on Unilocal. Not one person in management has ever reached out or even said I’m sorry.

This is just a service review — love Imo’s pizza! Ordering from this location was the worst pizza-ordering experience I have ever witnessed. 7:15pm We order pizza and were told it would be 30 – 45 min. Normal. No surprises. 8:00pm No pizza. We call. Delivery guy is out with our order and we should get it soon. Cool, we’re starving. 8:10pm Call from delivery guy to verify address. Nice, he’s almost here! 8:15pm Driver at our door — accidentally left the pizzas on the hood of his car and drove to our house. Pizzas are ruined and need to be remade. WTF?! Ok, honest mistake and a fluke. That sucks. 8:30pm Call to Imo’s: Will we be waiting another 45min for our order to be remade? YES Wait, what? Shouldn’t we be a priority at this point? Well, we’re making it right now. Oh, ok. Well, will be compensated for the extra wait? Um no. We would refund you but we’re remaking it.(Um, duh, I don’t think we’d pay for it if it wasn’t being remade.) 9:00pm Call to Imo’s: We still haven’t seen our order. It’s been almost two hours since our original order. Is it coming soon? I think so. Yeah, I’m pretty sure he left. So, how are we going to be compensated for this — We could’ve easily ordered from another pizza place and already have been eating by now??? Oh he has a two-liter for you. WHAT? A two-liter? We don’t drink soda? Um hold on… …on hold for several minutes… She said she’d refund you $ 10. Ok. 9:30pm Receive pizza order: A) Missing sauces that we were charged for. B) Garlic sauce put in same container as cinnamon dessert and spilled all over them. YUM. Ruined. C) STILLCHARGEDFULLAMOUNT D) Not even the complimentary two-liter was there. OVERTWOHOURSOFWAITINGFORANINCORRECTORDERTHATWEENDEDUPPAYINGFULLPRICE. Love you, Imo’s, but this location is the pits. Order Details: Imo’s 314−726−1800 6845 Olive Blvd. Saint Louis MO63130 Order taken by: Tiffany Delivery #59 on 1÷5÷20157:24pm sub total $ 39.20 Total $ 42.38

Not all Imos are created equal. Honestly, I attribute it to the culturally diverse owners and operators across STL. They’re all thin curst pizza, and trust me, you either love or hate the provel, but if you do, these things are heavenly, and different everywhere. That difference is why I am writing this review. Most of the good/bad reviews here are either Imo’s fanboys/trolls, respectively, but most are not giving respect to this specific Imos itself. I’ve ordered their food a half dozen times now, and having lived in STL all my life, this location is one of the better ones around. The pizza is always consistent, crunchy, and perfectly well topped. This place puts out a good pie, my only qualm is sometimes it can take a pretty good amount of time to arrive. Other than that, this is a solid Imos, and one Im going to be sad moving away from.

Personally this imos pizza is a disgrace. Not only is the staff lazy and ill mannered… but the quality of pizza is far from lack luster. Imos pizza had a reputation to uphold(good customer service, great deals, excellent pizza.) but this branch in particular makes me want to reconsider SERIOUSLY. The pizza and customer service is SOBAD! I would rather leave the comfort of my home and DRIVE up to olive and Woodson to what my friends and I have dubbed«the good imos» for good pizza. If you are ordering from olive and ferguson… RECONSIDER! Otherwise imos is the best on the planet.

Not sure what drugs the other reviewers were doing, but I’d like to try them. Worst pizza in America!

Imo’s Pizza is the greatest pizza in America! Coming from Chicago, home of the deep dish, I have to say that nothing can compare to Imo’s extra-cheese thin crust! I visit St. Louis frequently and every time I visit, I have to order a medium extra-cheese thin crust for myself. Whatever cheese they use, it is amazing! Any time someone asks me where to get great pizza, I always say, «Imo’s»; too bad they are miles away. I wonder if they deliver to the Chicagoland area!

It does get any better of this. Imo’s pizza is simply the best pizza ever. I love their house dressing. I like to take one bite of house salad with one bite of pizza. It’s amazing. I now live in California where provel cheese does not exist. Its a sad existence without the most amazing cheese and there for most delicious pizza not available. Every time I go back to St. Louis I go to the store and buy Imo’s provel and bring it out to San Jose with me.
