Home sites are available on and off the semi-​private Alderbrook Golf Course. The Clubhouse is the community’s gathering place. There’s also tennis, a spacious park, hiking trails and Hood Canal and Olympic Mountains views.

Our philosophy is simple: Work every day to bring out the best in the extraordinary Alderbrook community.

We build superior homes on spacious, wooded lots that connect people with nature and their community. Our Lead Builder is personally involved with homeowners’ choices – from selecting the lot to the perfect home design that fits each owner’s land and lifestyle.

When the Homeowners Association wanted to invest in a new Clubhouse they called on us. We heard their concerns about disrupting the natural landscape at the community’s heart. We felled as few trees as possible and used wood from those Douglas firs inside the Clubhouse for doorways and trim. We carefully designed the Clubhouse to mirror the nature of Alderbrook, opening up spectacular views in the process.
