Teeny tiny sign says that the advertised price is with car wash. Screw these guys. Never going here again. Plus the pump is slow ad molasses.

2 stars for the full service car wash and the hard working guys who hand dry and clean the cars. Other than that, the indian lady in the mornings is so rude. She needs to be replaced or management needs to teach her something about customer service. I literally only come for the car wash because its so worth it and those guys who bust ass do a great job for what its worth.

For the dollar, the car wash service is amazing, always fast and very inexpensive. Don’t forget to tip these guys

I’ll usually go wherever for my gas, but I think I’d return here specifically for their car wash service! I typically spring for the premium, since it’s maybe like $ 14 with a regular tank of gas and I honestly prefer not to have to clean it myself. The guys that work here clean the tires before and after it goes through the car wash, vacuum and wipe down the interior thoroughly, throw out every little piece of trash, and you get your choice of scented spray(I chose jasmine)! Plus, they found all my hair ties and put them around my shifter. It’s the little touches that matter. I’m sure there are other places that are more thorough, but considering the price as well as the condition of my car before they cleaned it, I think this place is just as good as any.

Shell gas isn’t my kind of pricey gas. checking out the food mart. mildly surprised no alcohol is sold, just snacks, soft drinks, coffee, ice cream, etc. brew: boyd’s coffee, french roast(1.39, 12 oz) –tad harsh, not smooth, –4 flavors to choose from. drips: –lots of parking on side.

I get my car washed here all the time. The cashiers are always friendly. Today the soap didn’t rinse well and for the first time I complained. The lady walked me out and put in a code so it would rinse my car. I appreciate that!

#70 I would rather run out of gas and push my car to the next place than to stop here at this Shell gas station. The guy working here started yelling at me and would not listen to what I was trying to ask him. I get it, it can be tough late at night with the area that you are located in; however, I am not the one trying to upset you. I just need gas to get home. Stephani Highly Frowns for Shell ;(

Very pleased with this car wash — I’ve been here 3 times already and plan to make this my regular spot. $ 15 For a wash, vacuum, and detailed wipe down of the interior of m car, plus their scented sprays last for days! Both cashiers and Shell, as well as the guys working the car wash are friendly and helpful. Smiles and short conversation every time I’ve gone in. I’m in and out each time too, the longest I’ve had to wait was no longer than 10 mins. They have a little bench waiting area you can relax at as well. On top of all this, they offer a reward card type of thing, once you collect 5 stamps(one per car wash) you get a free wash! Can’t be beat.

This review is for the carwash only: Memo was very kind & professional. This isn’t a top of the line car wash but for $ 15 I got what I expected & a smile. I’m very pleased by the service provided here & will be returning

I don’t normally go here but I have the rewards program to save a couple of cents per gallon and the cashier told me they don’t accept it because the system is down. How is this possible when I go to my normal gas station and it always works.

I love this car wash! The workers are really sweet and do a great job! I’m not paying high dollar so I’m not going to complain about minor details. So for all you picky people go pay extra for a car detail! This is my new spot, close to home and they do great.

Not the place to go to if you are looking for the cheapest gas in the area. But pretty convenient, it right next to the highway exit and has a lot of bays. They also have an attached convenience store and a BK.

Terrible service here. We came last night around 9:30pm because my friend remembered that a car wash code she purchased was going to expire that day. When we pull up to the automatic station we punched in her code and the system says we used the wrong code. Punched it in a few more times and the same message comes up. So we hit the help button a few times expecting someone inside to either talk to us through the machine or come out. No such luck. Pulled up their number online and called to tell them we’re on the car wash track but our code isn’t working and a few minutes later a guy comes out and tells us to punch in the code for him, lo and behold… it still says it’s an invalid code. He turns to us and says«Oh, looks like your code is invalid» THANKYOUCAPTAINOBVIOUS. After we explained to him that we understand it’s saying it’s invalid and that’s why we’re asking for help, he takes the receipt and enters the code himself and when it gives the same error code, he tells us we’ve already used it. I get that the economy is slow but why would we really try to use the same code twice to get a $ 7 carwash?! After telling him that no we haven’t used it yet, he shrugs and tells us to come back tomorrow. We tell him that we can’t come back tomorrow cause the code expires that night… he just shrugs says to come back tomorrow and started walking off. I’m not sure where he learned his customer service skills(or really his lack of customer service skills) but I definitely would never come back here for a car wash to even to purchase gas. I rather have my car die and push it the .5 miles to the next Shell station.
