Regal Nails

MY NAILS LOOKED GREAT. MOST PEOPLE WERE POLITE AND WORKED QUICKLY. BUT THE WAIT FOR OTHERS TO GET SERVICED WAS HORRIBLE. Usually I go to Natural Nails in Fairburn (near the Shell-​Lakes at Cedar Grove subdivision) but my boyfriend broke my nail near the nerves and I had to get to a salon that day. I called Regal Nails and they were very polite over the phone. Once I got there everyone seemed really polite except for the first man they sat me down with. He acted as if he could not help me when I simply asked for a soak off and manicure (he was probably too concerned about going to get his smoke in and playing on his phone). I eventually got sat down with another male technician and I’m sure his name was David. He was very kind and tried to find the best way to take care on my nails since I typically get SNS and this salon does not offer it. He was very gentle while taking care of my hands, yet very fast. I don’t know how he did it but he convinced me to get solar nails (acrylic overlay & gel polish). I ended up loving them. But as for the actual salon I don’t think they had enough people working a lot of people were waiting and becoming frustrated. I sure I’ll be going back, but hopefully never on a busy day.
