Lucky Nails

I had my eyebrows threaded here and the lady had the worst attitude ever! I asked how she was and she said her stomach hurt. Understandable, but there is a difference between an attitude and not feeling well. The rest of the employees however seemed to be in a great mood. Stay away if you want your brows done!

Very sanitary they put wraps in there pedicure tubs. They had excellent customer service and everybody is friendly. The owner was very welcome, greeting us with much enthusiasm. Quality service, and very knowledgeable in what they provide. The service was fast without sacrificing quality.

I came here after a friend told me they were under new management. Only the males can actually do nails; well only the owners’ husband. All of the women do pedicures. I’ve been three times. The first two I always got the owners husband and my nails were done to my liking. Today I got a different guy. I asked for the gel reaction color. When it came time to apply the bottle was empty, so I had to pick another color. My friend was with me and I wanted the color she had and he assured me it be the same (she had white that turned blue when cold).
The color he did was BLUE! We kept asking him if I would change white he said yes then said maybe so! What!!! I asked him to take it off and he told me that I was killing him! He rushed to take the gel polish off left blue streaks behind and cut me! The whole time the nail technician and the owner told my friend that she was wrong about what color was on her nails and that she didn’t have on reaction nails. When I left the gel chipped off my nail exposing my natural nail. I went back inside only to be yelled at by the owner who refused to give a refund because «they always do a good job» the lady proceeded to get in my friends face telling that it was her fault that my nails came out wrong. This place is a mess. Since when is the customer wrong? Since when can you yell at them for not liking your product. I would give zero stars if I could. Stay away from this over priced place.
