I had a great time with my sales team and they followed through with all the requests that we had. We have had good luck with our machine for the most part. It does break down… but it’s a machine it will! Supplies are delivered Promptly and most service calls are answered with in 24 hours. We do have some issues printing heavy quantities of color at one time with smudging etc. but it is typically taken care of quickly. I think they are easy to work with and any machine will have its issues. For the other reviewers If having issues with machine and you didn’t get anywhere I would call my your sales team as they are a good resource and might help get the ball rolling for you!

Avoid at all costs. I used to work at an office where we had a contract for using their printer. Our printer/​copy/​fax machine was working fine until one of the KBA salesmen convinced our boss to switch to a cheaper lease. So they swapped out the old machine and replaced it with another old machine.
Linking all the computers to this machine was a total nightmare. It took about a week for them to get five computers to link to the new printer. Plus they told us that they’d send a trainer to teach us how to use the printer. The trainer arrived but it turned out she didn’t know anything about the printer because she had been working for the company for only five days.
The printer had so many issues than our previous machine. Phone service is pretty awful. They prefer to have you email them so they can schedule someone to check it out. But if you’re a small company, time is of the essence. You have customers waiting on you. With only one printer to rely on, it’s even more critical. Assistance with the company pretty much sucks. Some of the technicians are complete morons that think they know everything. I almost got into a verbal argument with one guy because he brought a horrible attitude to our office.
Possibly the only reason we stuck with the company is because there was one technician who was our savior. He had worked with the company for a long time so he knew the in and outs of everything and he understood the shortcomings of KBA. He was so good that we built a good relationship with him. Super friendly guy! If it wasn’t for him and the contract we probably would’ve pressured our boss to use a different company.

Nightmare copier! Our machine has never worked well. We even exchanged the machine for another one and the color still isn’t right. It constantly prints smudges and lines and I have wasted too much time calling support and working with the support team fixing issues. The promises of a better machine are simply not true. I regret getting this machine and working with this company and look forward to the end of this contract. THE SAVINGS COMPARED TO COMPETITORS IS NOT WORTH IT! We literally have to go to FedEx Office to get good quality copies and with all the breakdowns we are there about every 8 weeks.

This company has ambushed me with hidden fees and lied to me about the features of my machine. I like the machine, but I regret doing business with them.

Our machine never worked right. They would send out maintenance people who could never fix it. Their emails for the meter readings are so terrible. If you do not answer them the same day, they continually harass you. One day I received 5 emails from them asking for a meter reading. They threatened to put us in collections one time when I was away from my office for a week and didn’t get the meter reading to them.
They are completely unprofessional and I cannot believe that they are still in business considering the way that we were treated. We were their customers for almost ten years and never missed a contract payment.
I can FINALLY afford a new copier with a BETTER company with GOOD reviews and I will NEVER do business with these people again. Whoever owns this company should pay more attention to the way your staff treats your contract customers because we are NOT in collections even though you would think we constantly were the way they treated us.

This company is the leader when it comes to Kyocera.
I can tell you George Fidentzis is the man. Best there is, Best there was, Best there ever will be. Ask for him. This guy knows what he is talking about and repair wise as well as the best I have seen in the qame and we have been using him for 15 plus years. He is the Manager ask for him nothing stumps him. I guarantee it .
If I could give that man more stars I would. George is a professional as well as Specialist and is and has been known from back in the day when they used to be a Mita Copiers. I can say this no one is better than him in the West Coast if so I will buy you lunch thats how confident I am as a custy. I put my money where my mouth is. Bring it. Unilocal me back if i am wrong. Bring it .
Ask for George maybe even Gino.

We have been dealing with KBA for about two years now and despite some pretty sounding promises and a lot of business their service levels, attention to detail and basic skills like basic client communication are sorely lacking. Their technicians seem either unable to keep our printers running consistently, their management doesn’t care unless we are offering them more business and only even began to take our complaints semi-​seriously when we started bringing in a competitor’s services. We have given up trying to get decent service out of them and are moving on. My advice to anyone looking for a company to provide printer/​copiers, look elsewhere for your needs as KBA only wants your money. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

We have several printers on lease with KBA. They are HORRIBLE at best. Lots of emply promises and poor service. 3 times a week our printer is breaking down and we actually have to often use kinkos to do our printing because the KBA printers are very unreliable. I can’t wait until our lease runs out so I can get rid of KBA FOREVER!!!
