It’s a small dollar store, but has a decent amount of selection. They also have an in-​store notary, in-​store balloon shop, and beauty products section.
It’s actually called «Dollar Star» too, my friend updated the biz listing.

Cashier was on the phone for personal phone calls the whole time on a headset. Can’t tell if he’s talking to you or the person. Very rude. Prices aren’t all clearly set.

Hey, a new dollar store. I wandered in here while I was waiting to pick up pizza next door. This is a really small store and seems disorganized. On the plus side, they have touristy San Fran t-​shirts and similarly priced to what you would find by the wharf in the city where the tourists all go. They were $ 4 each or 4 for $ 15.

Expect to shop here as you would in another country. Make sure to check the prices before agreeing to purchase as the signs aren’t accurate. Check the total as well as your change. I get the feeling they are looking for customers who aren’t paying attention to take advantage.
