It has been quite some time since I’ve been to a Jason’s Deli. At first I wasn’t even sure they were open, but their windows just have privacy screens. It was pretty fast from the time I walked in the door until I ordered, since there was no line. I’ve always liked how their menu is arranged, where it has symbols for vegetarian-friendly items, as well as lo-cal & gluten-free stuff, etc. I also like that they have several amazing vegetarian-friendly items from which to choose. This time I got the«Zucchini Grillini» with a side of fruit(& fruit dip), which was so delicious, & at a reasonable price($ 7 range after tax). I also enjoy the free part of the salad bar, where I usually get a few small muffins(both cornbread & gingerbread) & some trail mix(the kind with raisins & pumpkin seeds, & the kind with the peanuts & sesame sticks & spice). I also like their frozen yogurt(swirl flavor) in a cone. It would’ve been nice if they had wifi(free, of course), but I got some reading done instead. And the restrooms are also nice accommodations, with 3 stalls(one of which is disability access). I had forgotten how much I love Jason’s Deli & enjoy coming here!

Always great food. Fresh and warm. The only complaint is that they will not make deliveries after 6 pm.

So tired of coming to this deli and being told we don’t have eggs or we just ran out everyone is so rude. All the rest of the Jasons deli’s I eat at the people are friendly and they have eggs at their salad bar I have decided I will not be back here until they have eggs and put a smile on their face

My boyfriend and I have been eating here for more than 5 years. The service is great, staff is very friendly, and fast. We most often than not order the turkey wrap with steamed veggies. This is a healthy and tasty dinner. A good choice as far as content. Or so we thought. We have noticed that the amount of turkey they put in our wraps have diminished over the course of the years. It has become such a disappointment that our visits have become less frequent. One time I ordered us dinner to go, took it home and added turkey to our wraps. Once I found two very thin slices of near in my wrap, on another occasion I paid for extra meat, and got what seemed like a normal portion. To make it worse, Tonight I found a toothpick inside my wrap. Jason’s deli, your food is fresh, but please make sure there’s enough of it in our wraps!

Our go-to for a quick, healthy dinner. We like the unlimited salad bar(just wish it offered more protein options). They advertise home delivery; however, you have to make a minimum purchase of $ 20 and there is a $ 5 delivery fee.

I used to love this place and their service is always good. I haven’t been in awhile so I thought we would give it a shot for a quick lite dinner. I ordered the half tuna melt and the ever great broccoli soup. My friend had the turkey wrap and fruit. My half sandwich was not even toasted and it came with one sliver of a slice of tomatoe, the cheese was«melted» but the sandwich was still cold, tuna was over mayonnaised and if there was egg in it, you couldn’t tell. My friends wrap was cold and lacking enough sauce, fruit was good though. Like many food joints in Tyler, I’m afraid the need to provide great food eventually goes away and the public is given sub par food instead, once the new is gone. Sorry Jason’s but a toasted tuna sandwich from subway would have been better.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and 6 months now and I’ve fallen in love with it! I order the California Sub with greens and fruit on the side, did I mention there’s a ice cream machine?! Yummmyyy.

This is one of the best places to get healthy choices for lunch and dinner. Pricing is really fair considering there’s a salad bar with lots of extras to keep refilling the plate. The service and quality is good but if there’s a problem they’ll do their best to correct it. They have the right attitude toward serving customers. It’s great food, a clean environment and a friendly place to be.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. I went there tonight for dinner since I had seen their signs in the windows, advertising salads. I am a vegetarian and was hoping to get some good soup and salad since I was not in the mood for«heavier» food tonight. I spoke to the girl at the cash register and asked specifically for a vegetarian salad without any meat but was hoping to get avocado. She suggested I get their chicken club salad and they could just leave out the chicken. I further ordered their tomato basil soup and asked if I could get some bread with it. She replied that she would add some focaccia for me. I sat their for at least 10 minutes and was wondering why it took so long to prepare the salad and fill the soup in the to-go cup. Then, the girl called me over and wanted to confirm that I had ordered the Tortilla soup. I told her that I had actually ordered the tomato basil soup and after waiting for another minute, she gave me a bag with my food. I left and went back to my hotel, not even thinking about double checking what they had actually given me. I thought after she had even reconfirmed with me, everything should be fine. Back in the hotel, I took out the salad and realized that they had added a full load of bacon all over the salad, which really frustrated me. As a next thing, I realized that they did not include any dressing and I had an absolutely dry and unseasoned salad. I took out the paper bag with the soup and had to realize that there was no bread added whatsoever. Lastly, when I wanted to go ahead and eat the meal anyway, I had to find out, that there were no utensils in the bag either. Thus, I think they did everything wrong that they could have done wrong. Without the nice people at the front desk here at the Holiday Inn, who gave me utensils and dressing, I would really have been screwed. I can only recommend to avoid this place, the service was horrible.

Jason’s Deli has always been a favorite of mine. It’s pretty consistent here in Tyler. I really don’t see what there is to complain about, these are sandwiches, not gourmet dinners.

Food was overpriced and not fresh in my opinion. And the staff is not friendly or helpful. Salad bar looked like it could have used some fresh food on it too.

This is one of the nicest Jason’s Deli I have been to. It makes pleasing everyone inn the family easy. It offers an awesome selection of healthy foods any Vegan would enjoy. Its great for family groups and there is no worries about tipping or staying too long as you seat yourself. This is a great place for salads, soups and just about any sandwich you can imagine.

Went in here when the first place I went didn’t have what I wanted on the menu and it was delicious! I just ordered a very unique sounding salad and cleared my plate. The service was quick and friendly and very convenient for someone who has frozen food in the hot car ;)
