Established in 2000.

Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals is a family owned business that has been offering vacation rental accommodations since the beginning of 2001 and we currently manage and maintain the largest number of properties on Tybee Island. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded, and all reservation payments are deposited into an audited trust account. We manage the rental process and maintenance of a wide variety of privately owned properties which allows us to pretty much provide something for everyone. We strive to provide our guests with excellent service and value by offering a wide selection of quality properties that are clean and well maintained.

My wife, Ann, and I moved to Tybee 16 years ago after an extensive search for just the right island community to make our home. We spent over a year traveling the eastern coast line and the gulf coast always arriving back at the beach on Tybee. Since then we have been active members of the community operating Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals and my alliance with Solomon Properties as a Georgia Realtor.

Our first visit to Tybee Beach was an excellent experience thanks to Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals. The booking process was easy and there were many options of places to rent. The staff at Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals was extremely helpful and suggested different options on different areas of the beach. We chose one of the condos that was suggested and we were so pleased! We stayed at the Captain’s Watch in unit 20 which was large enough for the two couples staying, beautifully decorated and super clean! The master bath has a huge walk in shower and the front porch is excellent. An overall great experience and we will be using Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals for our future trips to Tybee Island!

Booking is super simple with these folks and if you’re a repeat customer, remember to ask for a «repeat guest» discount. Becky R. helped us out with our reservation and she was so friendly and helpful (please give her a raise)! Every person we spoke with from beginning to end was helpful and accommodating. We stayed at the Pelican House and could not have been more pleased with the rental home and location. The house was thankfully clean and there were no signs of dust or bugs anywhere. We’ve stayed at other beach homes before and often found them to be musky, damp and in need of a good sweep but this was not the case at the Pelican House. The one con is the check-​in time which is probably an industry standard. Since check in is at 4pm and check out is 10am, you practically lose a day. The office did however allow us to come in early to fill out paperwork which helped to move things along during the check-​in process. We will use Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals again in the future!

We rented a little place from them one year, and they give you a discount for making reservations for the next year, so we did!
They are honest, helpful, and have a good variety of properties. When you are on the island, you can call them with questions about the rental, or any other thing you need.
