Our specialty is the logistics and technical engineering for Live music and theater performing arts where highly technical lighting and sound equipment and operations are desired to provide intensify and reinforce the talents of any band or theatrical compliment during all facets of their indoor or outdoor entertainment production. This includes any single date within a series or touring managed support on the road.
History
Established in 1987.
David Baker, a former United States Navy Non-comissioned Officer for nearly eight years, while teaching key areas of the Electronics Engineering Technologies (EET) degree programs at National Education Center West L.A. & ITT Technical Institute West Covina, joined the key and uniquely select membership that make upthe can-do tech trades known as Roadies. Assigned to the U2 Joshua Tree World Tour for the specialized requirements needed to deploy and maintain a new technology simply called «Douser Controls Technology» «Dr» Dave, as the U2 LD Willie coined as the appropriate nickname for Baker, was well deserved in his first key role on the biggest most successful money making ticket selling tour that would stand for a decade past the final U2 Joshua Tree Tour show finished. Later, in 1993, Baker was the event manager /Promoter /Co-Producer of the Warren-Bisbee Ballpark presentation of Lonesome Dave’s FOGHAT. The June 1993 event marked the 1st of BAKER’S Blind Luck productions.

US Navy Advanced Electronics Field trained, a certified Navy Instructor and electronics engineering technologies trainer for two well known private Universities, «Doctor» Dave (a nickname presented the owner of this unique business by very famous band and crew of the Irish Rock band U2) is well qualified. He was nicknamed «Dr» Dave by the band & crew of U2 and is a well-liked musician in the Morongo Basin. He has a well-rounded bead on both the technology and performer side of the live music industry. As his philosophies have proven throughout the two decades of experience, Dave brings quality to the Production business. As his many philosophies have shown many times here in the local area, two are paramount: Number one, The Show Must Go On & On-time every time, and two, do no harm to equipment other crew and of course ensure safety of the artists at every opportunity. «After all, they are the reason we’re here!» Need live music support, leave it to us, we’re Blind Luck!
