I highly recommend choosing this dealer to buy a new car. Their customer service is exeptional, especially «ABE RASSAM». He sold me my dream car. He is very friendly and gave me a greate deal. He also taught me how to use the technology in the car when any other agent would have said to «read the manuel». His customer service didn’t end on the day I bought my car, he also sent me an email to check if I had any other questions about the car and to make sure everything was good. I have a mixed review for this dealer. Last week i was in the market to trade in my leased car for a new lease and decided to go with the Grand Cherokee. On Friday i was working was Haleh who was texting me all day as we worked through all of the details (i had already driven the car so it all came down to the car in stock and price). Finally I felt comfortable enough to go down and finalize the deal.
Once i arrived at the dealership i was told that the vehicle i was negotiating on had been recalled, however, they did have the same trim level but with 3 less features (which also brought the price down by $ 2,000). I decided that the feature was not a deal breaker and decided to go forward.
I went inside with Haleh and Jorge who took great care of me filling out the credit paperwork and making sure i understood all the features of the car.
This is where things went bad. Once i had filled out the credit application they took my license, keys to my old car, and disappeared to the managers office. Once they returned they said i was going to the finance managers office. This was very strange because even after asking about price many times i was not told what the price would be, i wanted to renegotiate as well because the car had changed.
Once we arrived at the finance managers office it was all downhill. The finance manager was rude, condescending, rude, and not helpful at all as i tried to ask questions and understand what was going on. It got so bad that my girlfriend and i got up and left the dealer. The manager did try and save the situation but the finance manager left such a poor taste in my mouth that it killed the sale.
Just as a point of reference after i left the Jeep dealer i went next door to another deal and secured a lease on a brand new SUV which was the same price. I was truly in the market to buy.
I feel bad that Haleh did not get the sale but i just could not stand being treated that way.

Never ever go to this dealer to buy a jeep. I got cheated by the sales rep named Abe and he told me that he will give me car for certain amount and asked if I am ready we can do it today. I went back home and came back with my wife and he said the car is ready for you and then after all the paperwork he said oh I made a mistake and blah blah the price I gave you is not the right price and he increased the price by 2000 dollars. He thought since I have already made my mind, I will make a deal with him and not care about increase in the price. I walked out of the door without making a deal. Never ever make a deal at this location. I thought the manager of the facility will help me out but he was involved too in cheating customers.

SCAM! I really had experience yesterday with Tuttle Click Tustin Representative in regards to buy new vehicle. I saw the price of one of their car was 23K online and the representative that I was interacting confirmed that it is on sale today and price is valid for today only so I decided to go last evening to buy that vehicle and then they suddenly increased the price by 4K to 27K and when I asked the rep why is it like that and he said oh the sale on this car is no longer available. It was really sad of them for finalizing everything with me and then suddenly changing the price. I would not trust this dealer on pricing.

I highly recommend going there if you are looking for a different experience when you buy a car. I had a sales representative there his name is
«ABE RASSAM» who was not as you think traditionally about car sales people. He was not pushy or giving you a purple dream, he was just very nice, presentable, honest, straight forward, expert, and really knows what you are looking for. He was trying so hard to meet our budget and work it out to get the right car.
Simply, after i met with ABE, I have a totally different idea about car purchasing and dealing with sales car crew.
If you are buying a car there, go and ask for ABE and have the same experience which i had.

So I recently bought my first Jeeb from Abe Rassam. He’s the best! He gave me a very good deal that went with my financial status. He’s nice and funny and very helpful. The place is clean and friendly! I mean I’d recommend it for everyone!

Hello i had a really good experience and excellent customer service since I arrived to Jeep the sales man was awesome!! his name is Abe Rassam he helped a lot in the whole process, he was kind, if I could rate him I would give him 5 stars, Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on our expectations, follow-​up to ensure we were happy customers. I sincerely hope All car dealers will work to hire employees like Abe to represent the excellence of their car dealership.

The service is terrible here and you will wait for long hours even after making an appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment when you will wait for hours at a time for people that claim to be waiting. This place is a joke and the cashier guy does not make matters better.

This place is awesome! I really can’t understand how people have put negative reviews about this place and I really can’t take them seriously, because this place took care of me. Ask for Johnson! He is a stand up guy! He will not try to jerk you and he’s awesome! I went in there wanting a certain price monthly for a new truck and I left with a Dodge 1500 for the exact amount that I was hoping for! I did my homework before coming so I knew what to expect and I know I that I really got a great deal! Johnson went to bat for me! He didn’t try to jerk me and he was straight up from the beginning and I really respect that! I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be referring people here.

I brought my car in for service. Oil change and replacing a headlight.
I received 1 call stating the headlight cost $ 350 0 its the bi-​xenon.
I tried calling this dealership repeatedly to see when my car would be done. No answer. Once someone did pick up the phone, but just hung it up.
The chat feature on the webpage. Just about a useless as the phone.
What a way to treat a customer? Never been treated with such disrespect. It’s like they don’t care when they get it done, they don’t inform you of the total cost. They dont’ care about your situation.
Never again, will I step foot in this dealership again.

I have been to this place ever since I purchased the car here. This feels like home to me, but my home is kinda messy and it does feel like home!
I had 5 straight replacements of Rotor to prevent vibration (from 5000mil, 10000mil, 15000mil to 25000mil) I simply don’t know this constant flaw won’t have a fix and I had to pay $ 200 every single time to get that changed, and this is a continuous experience.
So recently I discovered that they never did major maintenance on 30000mil, they did on that service on 45000mil, I just don’t find any trust and safety handing my car into your hand…
After that service, I went to other dealer trying to get my car for a oil change, and they found out that the oil plug is deeply over turned and stuck in the oil pan, so if we force to release it, it will hurt the oil pan, so the dealer recommended me to go back to the dealer who did this on previous service… so I’m coming back to you Tustin Chrysler! Muah!
I gave one star because (1) that’s the lowest i can get, (2) They really know how to keep customer by messing the interior of the car so you can’t leave them.

For all those who come to Unilocal and expect an honest review be warned of this page. Last time I was here they only had two stars, yet they keep erasing and refreshing their review page. All I can say is I can assure you you will get rotten service, and a potential lemon for a vehicle. I’m currently in a lawsuit with Chrysler due to my Jeep needing 2 engine Replacements in under 40,000 miles, one being a world wide recall… mind you I bought it brand new. Apparently terrible customer service and selling inferior products wasn’t enough, so they decided to go the corruption route as well and fix their review pages. If for some reason you still choose to buy from here, I can’t stop you from being a f****** idiot, but don’t say you weren’t warned

I factory ordered a 2016 Dodge Challenger from this dealership yesterday. I’ll update my review once the car is delivered.
But until then… WOW — fantastic experience. I live about an hour’s drive away, so the vast majority of my experience was actually through email and phone conversations. They gave me a deal well worth driving out for, and when I got there they actually stuck to it! No upselling, no bait and switch, nothing like that. I dealt mostly with Flavio, but everyone there had a great, and helpful, attitude. The atmosphere from the moment I walked in was just… comfortable.

High prices, and the staff did not want to bargain. They even became frustrated when I tried. I came to this dealership looking for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I told the dealer exactly what I wanted, and told him I would literally buy one the same day if the price was right.
The best they could do for me was $ 2000 off the MSRP for a total of $ 23,015. The same day, I drove about 15 minutes north to Huntington Beach Jeep. I not only purchased the same model vehicle for $ 7000 less (Yes $ 7K less!!!) but the staff was friendlier, casual, and actually wanted to make a sale! I now have the vehicle parked in my garage and literally paid a bit over $ 7000 less! Save your hard earned money and take the time to shop around!!!
Tustin Jeep, you could have easily made this sale…

I just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee two days ago. I had emailed and called Huntington Beach jeep twice and received no reply. I continued my research and found a car that looked promising at this dealer.
I was immediately greeted by Abe. I showed him the car I was looking for, he located it, I tested it and I bought it. David in finance was also wonderful to deal with. He was able to explain all options and wasn’t pushy.
Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have had a lot.
I will return here for my next purchase.

I just bought a new 2015 Dodge Challenger R/​T plus 6 speed 5.7 Hemi on Black Friday weekend November 28^th.
Thank you to Steve and Alvaro the Internet sales team for making it happen and thanks to David in the finance office for not being pushy. I appreciate the level of professionalism and I hope that will continue on as I begin to need my challenger’s service needs met as I always get my car dealer serviced. My overall experience was excellent and they had the best price of all local dodge dealers and my car had way more options than the competitors had on lesser challenger models that were more money.
I am thrilled with my new challenger R/​T Plus, and I look forward to further interaction with Tuttle Click Dodge.

Update…I was so pleased with my deal and service at Tuttle Click Dodge Tustin, I took my daughter to Tuttle click Irvine and bought her a new 2016 Dodge Dart SXT blacktop. Thanks to Massoud he was so helpful and so awesome we did everything through emails, I came in and all we had to do was sign the paperwork and we’re all done in 90 minutes !! My daughter loves her new Christmas present
