After having the worst experience ever else where. OC Glasscraft and the amazing team that works there came to my rescue. Fernando, Rudy SR. and Kody took excellent care to keep my car clean and install my windshield properly. The staff was kind and courteous and the rate was reasonable. Rick and his team are amazing! I called on a rainy Wednesday morning with a huge problem-​our window «fell down» in the pouring rain and Rick and Anna were helpful and professional from the minute I called. They knew immediately that the regulator had gone out and ordered the parts needed. They had our window fixed within two hours!!! I recommend them to everyone who wants the best!!!

Rick, the owner and his crew are spectacular! I have had a few windshield replacements and repairs in a few of our vehicles and can always count on great work! I would never go anywhere else. I even had a window regulator go out and he offered to install it for me! They really go above and beyond and work with great ethics, that you don’t see too often anymore.

I experienced my new windshield replacement through my awesome Farmers Insurance agent — Jennifer Rich of Laguna Hills. With my busy schedule, I didn’t have time to go have it done… Not a problem — It was quick and efficient service since they came to my place of employment. I never had to alter my daily routine. Awesome! Looks great, great service and experience. I know who to call anytime I get an issue with my windows/​glass. Thank you OC Glass craft!

I was referred to OC Glasscraft by State Farm. My brand new 2016 truck caught a giant rock on the messy 91 freeway in Riverside. I spoke to the owner of the company directly. He sent someone else the next morning to replace the windshield. They worked flawlessly with my insurance.
The day after my install, the brand new glass developed a stress fracture at the weak spot where the defroster wires protrude. I sent a photo to OC Glasscraft and they sent someone out the next day to replace the windshield again. No questions asked. I spoke to the manager who told me not to worry as they guaranty the glass for life against stress and weather related breakage resulting from a manufacturing flaw. He said if it ever happens again they’ll replace it for free again. He even had his guys fix a rock chip in my wife’s windshield for free just because of the extra hassle.
I cannot recommend OC Glasscraft more highly. While I hope not to be, I would not hesitate to be a repeat customer.

OUTSTANDING WORK! — I used OC GlassCraft to replace my cracked windshield for my 2013 BMW 328i. Replaced with OEM part (w/​BMW logo) for about $ 675 (dealer $ 2k). I am super picky and was hesitant to go with this company, but Rick and Cody were confident I’d be happy with the results — they were right! … Fernando came out to my workplace on time and replaced the windshield in about an hour. This guy is a true pro, knew all the ins and outs of the car. Not a scratch on my car. Windshield is perfect, like the day it rolled off the factory floor. Rain sensors work perfectly. Will not hesitate to use them again (if needed). Highly recommended!

Had the front windshield of my 2003 Toyota Matrix replaced due to a rock that hit it and caused it to form a large crack. Trevor and Rudy were polite and professional and had the old windshield out and replaced in only 35 minutes. They came to my work and were on time and completed the work with little interruption to me. The replacement windshield looks exactly like my original windshield which is great as it has some unusual shaded areas.

A few weeks ago, a semi coming down the 405 freeway threw up a very large rock into my windshield. Thankfully, groupon was offering a voucher for a rock chip repair.
I called OC Glass Craft this morning and was able to get in this afternoon. The service took only 10 minutes and my windshield looks fabulous!
I would definitely go back to OC glass craft even if I didn’t have a voucher great customer service!

My drivers side window broke the night before. They fit me into an appointment the next day and it was very convenient and easy. I drove to their shop, they had me sign a paper and wait in the lobby. They quoted me on the phone, and I paid that amount, their were no late BS charges that some companies add. About an hour later, they were finished. The new window looks great, installed properly. They vacuumed up most of the glass that was on the floors and seats too. I was pleased with the service. Thanks again guys

Thank you OC GlassCraft! The two Cody’s both helped me so much! One Cody took my call and helped me feel good about trusting this company and offered me a discount because my insurance deductible was too high to cover the cost.
The other Cody met me at the shop within an hour of my first phone call, and finished the work in the blink of an eye!!!
The front windshield was completely replaced within two hours of my first call and for a fraction of the cost of other places! Wow! That’s what I call SUPER excellent service!!!

I had my cracked window repair done last week. The installer Trevor was quick, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He informed me about the repair and the possibilities of it not turning out well. It looked great after he was finished and I love knowing if I ever need to replace my window the repair cost is deducted from the cost of a new window! Great service will definitely use OC GlassCraft again!

OC GlassCraft sent Trevor to my work to fix my passenger window and power window motor. Trevor really out shined on his work! Very professional, clean, efficient, and has great attention to detail! He even cleaned all my windows! He explained the process and cost clearly to me so that there would be no confusion. Rudy from OC GlassCraft just completed the service to replace my cracked windshield. He arrived within the promised time frame, and had the correct parts and tools to complete the job. Rudy took great care to explained the work being done, the type of replacement glass used and the care instructions prior to leaving my place. I called OC GlassCraft this morning at approximately 0930 am for a service quote, and Rudy was at my place by 0130 pm to start the job. The price ($ 379.00) was a bit high, but other shops I contacted quoted about the same for my vehicle. The service was completed within an hour. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided. I will provide a follow-​up rating if I encounter problems (leaks or cracks) with the service at a later date.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I have used them for 2 windshield replacements on my own cars and refer them to many of my clients. On my cards, they first fid my wife’s Honda Odyssey after a rock cracked the windshield a few months after buying the car. Then yesterday they installed a new windshield in my 1955 Buick Special, incredible job! Really appreciate these guys and they certainly deserved a quick 5 Star review!

Just got a nasty spider crack on my lower windshield, this time I got technical JD, who couldn’t be more friendlier. My overall experience with Glass Craft is they are professional and friendly, just great great service, quick too! They are also very flexible, come to the job right the way on time and do the job well and quick. This is my second service, again 5 stars!
