Skeptical at first…
I consider myself overly healthy with an active lifestyle and excellent diet. So when a friend recommended to me that I try Chiropractic care to alleviate, what I thought at the time was neck soreness due to my active life, I was skeptical.
Well, I was wrong. Dr. Nayab conducted a thorough x-​ray scan of my spine and feet, discovering that my right leg was longer than my left, I had poor posture and as a consequence, subluxation in my lower neck and spine. I’m using Chiropractic speak here, but bottom line these factors were causing my pain. I immediately began Chiropractic care with weekly adjustments/​exercises performed at the office, special orthotic’s for my feet and supplemental exercises performed at home. From the first visit, I noticed an immediate improvement. Neck soreness dissipated, flexibility and sleep improved, and I just feel much better! I genuinely enjoy and look forward to my adjustments and crave them when I travel for too long. While this type of care is offered at many locations, Tustin Body Works office is the most friendly and welcoming medical office I have visited. It’s very «laid back» relaxing, yet has an motivational appeal as well. Scheduling is very flexible and the office follows-​up with you constantly if you miss appointments. They definitely care that you show improvement and want to make sure that you stay consistent within the program. While I’ve never visited another Chiropractic office before, the fact that my skepticism was alleviated within the first few hours reveals much about Tustin Body Works services.

Went or a 60 minute massage, received less than 45 minutes because I had to do «a back muscles analysis». What a joke! Do not waste your time at this chiropractic office!

Absolutely recommend both chiropractic care and massage! I started off with only massage, which I found on groupon. Loved my experience so I went back, I’m now getting monthly massages and it feels amazing! I would recommend either Vanessa or Jackie.
I was then sent over to chiropractic to get an Intro to their services, Dr Leila and Dr Nick are both great! They’ve made me feel very comfortable and always make sure I fully understand what it is we are doing and why. I have definitely noticed great change in my every day life.

Came in for a consultation on my stiff and sore neck and tight shoulders. I have been experiencing some mild headaches and generally not feeling 100% so I came in to get checked out. The girl at the front desk is very warm and welcomes you in and makes you feel at ease. She was very calming. Sometimes I get really nervous about doctors offices but she made me feel comfortable from the start.
After I signed necessary new patient paperwork she had me watch an informational video from the chiropractor herself on education for chiropractic care and how your body moves and heals itself daily. After watching this I was given some X-​rays to check my back and spine for any degeneration and bulging discs etc. these will be reviewed at my next visit.
The next step was getting my adjustment by the make chiropractor. I’m awful with names but he has dark brown hair and he’s tall. Very gentle and calm and has a good sense of humor (I make awful jokes). He was really amazing at explaining everything and did a thorough exam. His actual adjustments were the best I’ve ever had. I have seen a few chiropractors in the past but he really got in the spots that other doctors had missed before.
I look forward to working with them in the future and hope they can help restore me to my pain free self soon :)

Jackie is the best massage therapist. She does great deep tissue and her fingers go through tiny knots and pressure is just right.

Found out about this place through groupon months ago… and just keep coming back! Jackie is the best massage therapist. And they offer a great deal, three massages for 148 $! If you’re contemplating it… do it. You won’t regret it!

I’ve been coming here for 7 months and I have never made a better decision for my health. Dr. Nick is a miracle worker, truly. Before I started getting adjusted, my back hurt constantly. Now, I hardly have any problems. The front office staff is incredibly friendly. Everyone in this office takes the time to get to know you. If you’re looking for a chiropractor in the area, dr nick is your man!

I found them through a Groupon/​Living Social and purchased 3 massages. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the room is very peaceful. I had Tara as my massage therapist — she is fantastic. Because it is in a chiropractic office, they did an analysis of my neck and spine and were spot on about my problem areas without me telling them. I unfortunately cannot become a patient because they don’t accept HMO plans. They do offer specials for ongoing massages that are very reasonable. I plan on going back regularly.

I really enjoyed my massage here. Not so easy to find but a nice area. Definitely coming back!

Had one hour massage with Tara and she is just great! Very clean and comfortable room, attentive and helpful staff… Best Groupon deal ever :)

I prepaid for three massages and had to cancel one last minute, I fully expected to lose that session which I was fine with since it was my fault but on my third they charged me $ 25. Thats a double loss. I probably wont come back .The massages are good and location is great. The staff are friendly and place is very clean and professional.

It has been several months since my initial visit here, so here’s an update to my previous review. Even though the initial experience was not the best, I decided to continue my sessions here at Tustin Bodywork Bistro. I am not under any sort of contract and am paying per visit. The staff has been extremely nice and professional since clearing up the snafu that took place back in May 2014. I got my FSA account all situated and have had no problems since then. The communication with the front office staff has been great and they’ve managed to turn a not so great situation into having me look forward to my future sessions here. In addition, I feel comfortable enough to refer friends to Tustin Bodywork Bistro.

My husband and I had massages here today and we both enjoyed it very much. Vanessa knew the right techniques for the problem areas. The receptionist was very friendly and professional too. We’ll definitely come back.

Finally, I’m getting lasting relief for my chronic neck and back pain! For over 20 years, I’ve been prescribed muscle relaxers and pain killers by my doctor. The same problems would always reoccur. Back in June, a friend recommended Tustin Bodywork Bistro. I was reluctant at first. I had never been to a chiropractor, and was worried that I would be forever locked into expensive treatments. I was pleasantly surprised, on my first visit, when greeted by professional and courteous staff that was interested in my well-​being. They clearly explained the root cause of my discomfort and presented a plan for treatment. And to my pleasant surprise, although the treatments were frequent and aggressive at first, they tapered off as my body adjusted and healed. After 4 months, I feel better than I’ve felt in many years! I’m once again enjoying outdoor activities that I love. My quality of life is definitely improved; I’m not nearly as grumpy as I used to be, and can actually come to work every day with a smile on my face! Thank you Tustin Bodywork Bistro!

Out of the three Chiropractic facilities I’ve been to, this is by far the best one. From the time you walk in the door, you can tell that the staff truly cares about you and your wellbeing, not how they can make the most money off of you. Whether it is through helpful tips shown on slideshows throughout the office or step-​by-​step walkthroughs with your treatment plan, Dr. Nick and the entire group make you feel comfortable with the entire healing process.

I’m afraid of chiropractors. I have severe TMJ and after much goading by my daughter for being a chicken I finally came in. Great choice! Dr. Nick is amazing and so is all of his staff! Very accommodating and understands fear of manipulation. I have moved further away, and still I drive back to this place for chiropractor and massage! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

By far this practice is the best among the Chiropractors I’ve visited. This place empowers me with the confidence to be committed to taking control of my health holistically. I love the staff, Brigette and Lupe. They’re friendly, down to earth, and absolutely genuine people. Dr. Nick Brown is a very talented, caring, and just a wholesome guy. There’s no pretense here, just simply dedication to the art of wellness. Check your attitude and anxieties at the door, leave your care in the hands of these caring professionals with the human touch and you will discover that your time in the office is like visiting a peaceful, rejuvenating sanctuary.

You get what you paid for. I got a deal using either Groupon or LivingSocial.
Upon arrival, they have to do a ‘muscle’ imbalance test where they didn’t provide the option to opt out. This was said to provide the therapist a better idea of where to work on.
I had tried massages both at the upscale and foot massage places and this place resembles more of a foot massage-​type of place. I’m not even sure if the young girl is a licensed massage therapist because she did not look at my ‘muscle’ imbalance test results and still asked me where I needed the work. In addition to the massage being mediocre, my massage ended in 50 minutes instead of 60 minutes, which I had paid for.
I will be careful to purchase any online deals in the future. Lesson learned.

I went to Dr. Nayab with an aggravated sports injury in my low back and hip. I had searched online and found several Chiropractic practitioners near my home, but I was drawn to Tustin Bodyworks Bistro because of the holistic approach described on the website, including identification and treatment of root causes, not just symptoms, and education of the patient throughout the process, as well as holding the patient accountable as part of a team to establish a new healthier lifestyle.
Dr. Nayab identified several issues in my spine, hip and feet that were contributing to my symptoms and designed a treatment plan with me to correct the root causes. After two months of treatment I’m feeling so much better, not just in my low back and hip, but all over. I’ve started running again, which I had stopped because of the pain.

Before coming to Dr. Nayab, I had struggled for several months with up and down symptoms. I was so happy to feel real progress in the first few weeks of treatment. I felt confident, based on my new understanding of the underlying issues, that I would indeed get well. I’m almost back to tip-​top shape, and I look forward to keeping myself there with Dr. Nayab’s help.
