History

Established in 2006.

Jess is an ART provider (Active Release Techniques) with over two thousand hours of specialized massage therapy

and holistic health training. It is clear that the passion and

energy Jess once devoted to pushing his body to its physical

limits have now been redirected toward learning how to heal

the body and return it to a place of optimum health. His background

makes him uniquely qualified to identify and intimately

understand the special needs of his clients. It is Jess’s goal

to work with each client, identify their unique needs and then

come up with a comprehensive plan to take them to their next

level of wellbeing. Working closely with physical therapists

, Chiropractors has broadened Jess’s view of healing and has deepened his

resolve to come up with comprehensive solutions to restoring

health that goes beyond traditional massage.

Meet the Business Owner

Jess D.

Business Owner

Jess grew up in London England before moving to Southern

California in 1988 as a teenager. With over twenty years of

experience as a professional action sports athlete Jess Dyrenforth

is acutely aware of the stress and injuries that can come from pushing

the body to its limits. His career transitioned from freestyle

BMX to inline stunt, but the strain on his body remained constant.

As the wear and tear on his body accumulated Jess started to

take an interest in what he was doing to his body and how

he could repair it.

One of the perks of Jess’s unique vocation as a

professional athlete was that he got to travel the world

for demos and competitions. This presented him

with the opportunity to personally experience

many different techniques and therapies from

many different cultures. The treatments that

Jess received in places like Thailand, Japan,

Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Great Britain,

Brazil and China all had a profound influence.
