History
Established in 2011.
Mr. Kotkin was a deputy district attorney for eleven years and a contract city attorney, responsible for all aspects of a city’s representation, for eight and a half years. After leaving public employment in 2002, he managed his own law firm until 2005, joined a larger firm from 2005 – 2011, and returned to his own practice thereafter. During more than a decade in private practice, Mr. Kotkin has represented a variety of companies and individuals. His clients have included a Fortune 500 company, start-up businesses, residential and commercial real estate developers, an institution of higher learning, a worldwide retail ready packaging company, contractors, government agencies and officials, and solid waste and recycling companies. He is «Of Counsel» to the law firm of Cummins & White, LLP in Newport Beach.
