I called Mark for an initial consultation about an issue where someone was threatening to sue me. Mark promptly returned my call and took the time to listen to me explain the issue to him. He have his opinion on where I need to be careful and where I didn’t need to worry. My situation hasn’t been resolved yet, so I will have to wait and see how the it ultimately plays out. But the way Mark explained to me how the law works, I definitely feel better about my position. If I need help down the line, I will be sure to call Mark. I am soooooooooooo ECSTATIC and have been holding my breath waiting for the day to write Mark a review. Case dropped and papers signed today! It’s a MIRACLE!
As you know, once your business grows, everyone wants a piece of the pie and along the way, you’ll run into very dishonorable and scrupulous companies who will take advantage of you any chance they get!
I dealt with this huge company who recently acquired a subsidiary. During their transition they screwed up their operations. I hired them to make some products for me and the entire order was defective and I returned everything. Before I returned it I actually gave them full payment ahead of time with the assumption they were reputable. After MANY upon many months of giving me the run around and telling me that replacements were being made, they never replaced them but kept billing me. On top of that they never accounted for payments which I advanced. At the final hour after giving me the run around for months, they pulled the plug and their CEO sent me an email stating they cannot produce the quality I desire and left me high and dry with deadlines a week away. I almost went out of business because of their scrupulous ethics. Since I didn’t have time to sweat the small potatoes I went to another company to salvage my project. I was inundated with production so I said screw it to the money I already paid them because trying to get it back was not worth my time. I let it go for months and started getting calls from their collections dept asking for a balance due. I explained the entire situation and told them that they are lucky I don’t have the time to go over tons of emails & statements for the amount I paid in advance and never received replacements for & that I could sue them for damages.
A month later, I get a call from another collections dept from their parent company and I explained that I paid in advance and never got my replacement products and they should be returning my money, if anything. The two collections ladies told me that they will resolve the issue and months later the assholes sold the so-​called debt to a collection agency! I was travelling all through the year last year every week out of the country or state and those maggots said they served me and got a default judgement against me! I couldn’t believe it! I found out through my bank that they put a lien on all my accounts.
It was a weekend & I Unilocaled, Googled and called all my attorneys for referrals and no one came through with a winner who specialized in my type of case. Not to mention most of the attorney’s I spoke to told me just to pay it because representation may cost me more. Are you serious? You want me to pay for a debt that I actually don’t owe and that the company actually owes ME for? WOW! LUCKILY, by the grace of God, I ran into 1 review about Mark on Unilocal.As you know I’m highly experienced at this point in my career to discern how competent a lawyer is and decided to cancel my other appointments with other attorneys and visited his office for consultation.
At first impression, Mark did not seem like a pitbull, but I can ASSURE you, he definitely can finesse his way through a slimy situation to get you your desired RESULTS! As you all know, during trial is where attorney’s rake in the dough & hope to strike gold! Mark definitely did not have to do his best during this time frame to prevent me from having to spend anymore money for his services in trial BUT. HE DID! WOW!
Throughout 2 long months, he spoke to all 3 parties involved and used his experience, charm, and expertise to convince these maggots to drop the case against me by negotiating with them before trial begins. Mind you, there were about a hundred emails back and forth between myself and the companies, coupled with picture and video attachments that we had to sift through. He took so much time to untangle this mess with me and paid such special attention and care even though it could’ve very easily been his most unprofitable case!!!
With all the work involved in getting the maggots to drop their case against me and to counter sue them with the evidence we had, it was a WHOLE lot of work not worth any attorney’s time based on what Mark billed me for, but Mark cared enough. and took on my case and got it thrown out! Another VICTORY and another HALLELUJAH! Thank you God!!!
Mark is EXCEPTIONAL in his craft, goes in stealth like the Knight Rider, plays the other parties like the dog whisperer and gets them to let down their guard and listen to him, which is the reason those maggots dropped the case against me.

Real, honest attorney that’s more like an old-​world country doctor than the typical shyster roaming the courthouse hallways.
Years ago, Mark was hired to consult our family during our parent’s business was embroiled in a long, drawn-​out legal battle. We hired him to help us understand the mess as it unfolded but primarily, to look over the shoulder of the hired guns. He called every shot correctly, predicted many of the outcomes, gave proper warnings whenever he saw funny-​business from the highly-​paid firm defending our parents company (a failed business-​sale transaction).
Ultimately, the lawsuit got straightened out but only after our parents had replaced the other attorneys, but it took YEARS to unwind the mess.
If only Mark were representing our parents back then… YEARS of headaches and countless $$$$$ would have been saved.
I later hired mark to straighten out my business affairs (corporate records) and help review sales & business contracts as my company grew, he always cut to the chase and shot straight, I often thought he under-​billed me after so much experience with other attorneys.
You don’t always get what you pay for in this world but in Mark’s world, he gives more than you would expect.

Mark is a great attorney. He made a point to personally follow up with me after I called in a few days ago, something which the other dozen didn’t or sent their staff in to do it for them. He walked me through the particulars in regards to my case, making all the legal stuff understandable. He was very easy to work with and made sure that I understood the boundaries of the law in regards to my case (non-​compete/​non-​solicitation) and even touched on a few ways that my previous employer could be a thorn in my side.
