Starbucks

This place seriously sucks.
Was shorted on my hot drink. The cup felt extra light by the time I got home and saw it was more than half empty. They must’ve put a crap load of whipped cream to make it seem full, so lame.
I avoid ordering when I see certain people working bc they’re so rude. They don’t bother acknowledging a «hi» or «thank you»

Poor service for seemingly simple tasks, quite a convenient location. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come here but if you need a coffee hit may be easiest. The help is all but useless could make it faster back there myself turnover is quite high.

Just stopped by this location for the first time. I walk up to the counter and said «hi». The girl at the counter says nothing and just stares at me. Kinda creepy… so after 20 secs of staring at each other I ordered a Mocha. She reluctantly took my order and I swiped by Starbucks card. She put the receipt down on the counter and walked off. Another gentlemen was shadowing her while she made my drink. I assume she was training him. She placed my drink on the counter and proceeded to clean the espresso machine. I said «thank you» and of course no response.
I work as a GM in the service industry and I would be embarrassed if this happened at my store. This individual would not be leading or training any of my staff. She clearly hates her job and doesn’t deserve to work for such a big company, unless Starbuck is lowering their standards. Maybe because this isn’t a real store they don’t have to provide real service?
The drink was consistent, which is why I always order it. Not hard to push a button and pump some syrup into a cup. So the one star is for the drink. And zero for service.
I live across the street so I hope my next visit is superior.

Some of the worst service I have had at a Starbucks. To start once he took my order and started making my drink, someone came up that he knew and he left my drink while he chatted with her and to top it off the coffee tasted old.

Extra stars because it’s right by my house and there’s never a long wait. They make the drinks good for the most part and are friendly, but today I was standing around and no one informed me that the cup standing on the counter was mine because they didn’t say anything. They should call out what the drink is and make sure the customer knows their drink is ready.

Staff are friendly except ONE. She got my order wrong and I even told her. Her response, «That is probably not yours then.» There was no name on it either so I waited for 15 minutes and still my name was not called. Other people complained about their orders too and she was just nonchalant and careless.

It s pretty busy at this location, especially on the weekend, but staffs are very nice and service is fast.
