Steve Pannell has done a few things for us over the years and has proven every time to be an upstanding, knowledgable and ethical individual. He’s probably not the cheapest, but he is the only person I would trust for anything HVAC related. He’s also just a good person — and there’s definitely a shortage of those. :)

We have using the Pannell Brothers for the past several years. The do AMAZING work at affordable prices. They are kind, considerate, professional and frankly the BEST heating and ac we have ever had. We did several properties we own and will never use anyone else. Steve and Tom Pannell never try to sell you anything you don’t need but if you need it they will let you know and if it can wait they tell you about how long before it becomes more expensive. We really trust them and can’t say enough good things about them.
