The jack in the box here gives great service. They rarely mess up even when they’re in a hurry. The food is good for being fast food and I love how breakfast is ²⁴⁄₇

Worst Jack in the box i have been 2. Food was cold… my fav combo jacks spicy chicken… was more like cold rubbery chicken… fucking tacos cold and stuffed with lettuce. …never coming here again… only good thing is the soda machine…

Best jack in the box I have ever been to.
I usually some in late at night (12am-​4am). Every time I come I deal with Danny, and one time Cheryl. I absolutely love Danny. He is always so nice and so friendly and I have actually pretty great conversations while waiting for my food. He is an AMAZING employee! Jack managers, if you’re reading this, he deserves a major raise! He makes me want to come back every time!
Overall, I will always come to this pace because of Cheryl and danny!

Nice folks but not much on the menu for a vegan. Other than that no complaints going through the drive-​thru.

Surprisingly nice little J in the B here. I’ve stopped by a few times with my little ones in tow after swim lessons and have been pleasantly surprised by the sheer pleasantness of this fast food joint. The manager clearly takes his job very seriously and keeps the restaurant incredibly clean. If you dine-​in they serve your food in little plastic baskets and stop by your table to ask if you need anything, how classy is that? and yes I will take extra napkins and buttermilk ranch, woohoo! I’m very impressed with place and since I can’t get enough of those 99 cent tacos, I’ll definitely be stopping by more often.

This is the 3^rd time I have ordered a breakfast jack, and have found the same problem. The bun is cracking on top which makes the bun come apart. There is no flavor to the bun. I am sure someone has changed the bun. Please someone do something about it. It also looks like the ham slice is super thin. It use to be really good, and now I won’t order it anymore. I really like the people at this Jack, super friendly and efficient.

I like this one here at Tustin, they are clean and when they give you the burger it’s more like the picture than unlike other places.

I was just there on Friday and I had to say I was super impressed with this jack in the box! Most of the time the staff just take your order and not really put in the extra effort with customer service like a dine-​in restaurant would, but a very professional, kind, and must I say very easy on the eyes young lady took her time to customized my meal for me, I wanted the sour dough jack buns well done, and EVERY SINGLE time I’ve ordered at ANY jack in the box, it’s NEVER well done, but when my order was finished, she asked me to open and check to see if I was happy with the well done burger, which NOBODY has ever asked me! I checked, and for the first time ever without repeating myself, it was perfect the way I liked it! She took her time to really make sure my order was perfected! Definitely going to stick w this jack in the box! Thanks again pretty girl!

The food here is some of the best Jack N the Box you can get in Orange County, but the service is stupid. You have the Drive Thru Menu computer screen which is broken so you can’t confirm your order before you get to the window. You have Jenny and the rest of the crew laughing their asses off as you try to order your food. What is so funny? I guess only god knows and Jenny of course. So after trying to order our food for about ten minutes (Jenny kept trying to upsize our Big Cheeseburgers to combos to «save» us money) she finally «Gets it» together and we receive our food. She not only forgot our medium fries, but she didn’t give us any napkins. If I had a lawyer I’d be suing them just like that guy who sued McDonalds for no napkins.
I personally like this Jack and the Box (the dining area is pretty cool and no «Soda Fountain machine», I really hate those things) and in the past they have given me good food and never refused my coupons, but this woman, Jenny has no clue how to do her job and must have been stoned to be laughing so much during our order taking process. Totally unprofessional and why does every Jack N the Box forget the fries? Is that a new technique they are teaching their workers because it pisses me off and they just lost a loyal customer. Going back to Arby’s across the street for my future fast food needs.

Location: This is an older but busier Jack’s. The main dining area is a little small so if you were thinking about eating here, like most Jacks the dine in experience does not have much to offer. 2.5 Stars
Staff: The staff was courteous and prompt, and the shift supervisor Aracelli took our coupons and orders promptly and with a smile. She answered our questions regarding coupons we were going to use, and when my burger was served and didn’t have cheese, she promptly made offered cheese at no additional charge. 5 Stars
Our food was served promptly. My fries were hot and crispy, and my burger was tasty. Though there are no fries quite as good as McDonalds, these were very very good. 3.5 Stars
The food was good, but the staff really made this Jacks one worth visiting again. MVP to Aracelli.

Best drive through service I’ve ever had, hands down. I never thought I would give a five star review for a Jack in the Box, because come on, it’s Jack in the Box. But they are so nice and helpful here, they deserve every one of those stars.

I’m convinced this is the best Jack-​in-​the-​box. The food was the as good as Jack in the Box can really be plus they were super super friendly :) I don’t ever have to ask for more sauce, and if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second.
They end your transaction with a «thank you and hope to see you again soon!»
So this isn’t as good as food gets, but this is as good as a jack-​in-​the-​box is going to get.

I love the breakfast here and the fact that JNTB will let you alter and customize anything and everything they offer.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for this place yet! They are the best for late-​night food runs! ;D
I have been to this location multiple times, usually after 12am in order to get some food in me before I go to bed. Well, it’s either here or Del Taco, but where else can you order Mozzarella Sticks, Egg Rolls, Stuffed Jalapenos, a Chicken Sandwich, some Tacos, and a Sourdough Patty Melt at 1am in the morning? No where, that’s where. Unless you go to the grocery store and buy all those items and make them yourself. But at 1am in the morning, why would you want to when you could just drive down to Jack-​In-​The-​Box and have them make it for you?
Now I need an Egg Roll…

I had one of their spicy chicken sandwiches for dinner this week and as compared to Rally’s or Chik-​Fil A on the spicy scale, I’d say it’s third place winner. It’s slightly spicy, hardly hot and didn’t require me drink down my strawberry Fanta in order to drench the heat.

I really can’t remember the last time I actually had a burger from Jack in the Box. I think it was a Sourdough Jack like two years ago that a family member gave to me, and it wasn’t that great. But I had received some coupons in the mail that I had to hang on to because I work near by and it’s a close lunch spot.
Came in and the cashier was super friendly and chill. Ordered a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and got free fries and a drink with my coupon. Waited a few minutes.
Then it came… looked small, but looks are deceiving.
But then I took a bite.
GLORIOUS.
This had to be one of the greatest fast food burgers I had ever sunk my teeth into. Probably even better than some burgers I’ve had on a gourmet food truck.
The beef was seasoned PERFECTLY. The cheese was melted. And the bacon… this wasn’t your typical fast food bacon, this actually had a nice crispy texture and had a nice applewood smoke to it. The ketchup, mayo and mustard mix meshed perfectly to accompany this bad boy. The shoestring fries were also the perfect accompaniment to this burger. Crispy, with just the right amount of salt.
Where have I been all my life? Jack Box, you are one great man. I will be back. I will be back. I will be back.
