Waited 9 minutes in the drive thru at noon today. Finally get my whopper with cheese to eat in my car between appointments. 3 bites in and it starts to taste really strange. Pull over, unwrap and find that tbe bottom bun is completely white with mold. Disgusted and too far down the road to go back. Here’s the picture. What the hell is going on with the kitchen that you dont notice mold.

Okay, so here is my issue with this place Quality control and Service . I can tell they try very hard in their service department But drive through seems to take forever, as if their order of operations isnt well planned yet. Chicken sandwich, chicken was way over cooked Fries were just about right . Ive came here about 12 times they have messed up my order 9 times Yes i kept count . Overall Its not a bad location. It just needs some work.

At this Burger King, they have game tablets here. They are next to the playground. They were all being used at the time. They have an Icee machine. It is next to the Coke Freestyle so one can continuously fill up on them as opposed to having to buy them repeatedly. They also have iced tea. And they also have a TV. Oddly enough, this establishment is a Streetpass location, but it didn’t look like I got a lot of Streetpasses(maybe 1 – 2). Probably not a very good location to go to if one wants to load up on Miis. What I ordered came out rather quickly. It was very good, as are all the offerings of this location. Like the self-serve Icees.

I’m not one to often review a place, and I also don’t frequent fast food joints often, but decided to try this Burger King out because it’s close to my new home, and it has a kids’ play place. I was pleasantly impressed. It was clean, the staff was friendly AND got my order correct. The play place was large and clean. I will definitely be back.

I really don’t like Burger King but this location does a great job at being friendly and clean. Plus their new promotional items are very good!

This review is to compliment the new grilled chicken burger. This was a drive through visit to pick up a commuter dindin for my journey home to the Inland Empire from Orange County. From ordering at the speaker to picking up my food at the window took approximately or less than 3 minutes. Tonight’s service was quick, friendly, polite, & actually came with a smile! Presentation of their menu displayed and highlighted an appetizing photo of this grilled chicken burger. A standard order of this would include lettuce onions tomatoes & pickles, blanketing the grilled chicken and cushioned between seedless burger buns. I preferred my order without tomatoes but extra lettuce. On my first bite, the chicken was hot, soft, tasty, moist, with a grilled flavor — BETTER than what I expected! It’s a hoagy portion which is Burger King’s forte. I’m glad they’re adding grilled items to their menu. I’ve included their wonderful ad link below. Also the nutritional chart is available online.

It’s not gourmet, it’s fast food. I try to avoid junk food but sometimes, I can’t or wont. I only eat breakfast stuff like a sausage cheese muffin for $ 1.00, and a small coffee for $ 1.00. The sausage patty is a large as a small burger and is probably from the same frozen food distributors as McDonald’s. This is 59 cents cheaper, And in some ways, it tastes better because they sear the sausage better. Also, they still have a dollar breakfast menu unlike their competitors. As much as I love healthy breakfasts like the egg white spinach and tomato omelette, I sometimes resort to my carnivorous, child like basal instincts(woof) and get this simple sandwich. If you were to make this same sandwich, it would not be much healthier unless you make your own sausage without salt. And you make handmade whole grain sprouted grain bread. Ha. if you did, you would be too snooty to read this on Unilocal This place must get busy after 2PM on school days as they have some game stations They also have a TV. It’s right next to 99 cents store, a barber, and laundry. Think how many errands you can do in a hour while saving on a small breakfast. I am honestly not a fan of most of their other sandwiches or chicken nuggets(which, besides scraped from bone chicken meat, my contain chicken skin, and other unknown body parts in some blogs,

Came here for the first time. As others said, the service was silly. I was finally ready to order and stood in front of two guys who were trying to avoid eye contact with me. I was the only one in line also. Anyhow, it was fine after that sillyness. I came here for the play area though. Can’t argue with it as I think it’s nice. Certainly big with lots of options. So food really didn’t matter and had expectations very low. This BK kind of reminds me of the Mcdonald’s nearby which also a a good sized play area and horrible service.

This is the worst Burger King. First time there they get my order wrong. Second time there same thing. Third time they forget to give me my coffee. All on way to work. Today my hash browns are drenched in grease!!! Goodbye Burger King Tustin your done!

2 words: clean bathroom. That’s a big deal especially for a fast food joint. Overall, this is a good stop if you’re on a road trip with young kids– there’s a robust kids play area, staff is friendly and brought our food and the place is clean.

This burger King is all upgraded and remodeled to look nice however, they always give me the wrong order. I Ask For plain Chicken sandwiches Preferably No cheese Because I’m allergic AND They Always do! The worst service when taking the order correct. To top it off I think it’s the cooks that just don’t like me because of the no cheese thing.

Worst Burger King ever. They are rude, they don’t give you what you order, Now I see why this place is empty most of the time.

The staff is super friendly here but honestly I just feel gross when I go here The kids run rampant in play yard, the bathrooms are wretched, the place never smells good or looks clean ’just a disappointment as its so close to my house and everyone there is very nice If you do go there, try the drive-thru, its the only way I can order food there and eat it. I always feel like I spend a fortune for very little food as well… :(Not happy with this location at all really.

Grossest, most disgusting play area for kids I’ve ever seen at a fast-food joint. I swear I wanted to hose my nephew down after he played in it. Walking in, things seemed ok. The guy who helped me was polite. Got a kids meal for my nephew, standard chicken sandwich for myself. Tasted like normal average BK food. Then, it all went south. The nephew begged to eat in the huge play area as there were ample seating there, and there seemed to be quite a few adults there watching their little ones play. Opening the door, I was blasted with hot humid air that smelled like sweat, dirty gym socks, rotten ketchup packets, and feet. I’m really hoping I was imagining things here but I think I smelled a faint odor of pee… I don’t think the play area had been cleaned in ages. Most of the kiddie tables had plastic panels peeling off and were grungry with ages of food that had been ‘sort of’ cleaned off. There was NO ventilation in the entire room. The play area was so big I needed two shots to capture it: Left: Right: Very unsupervised, a lot of the kids playing there were much MUCH older than the signage intended and made it quite dangerous for the smaller kids. I fished my nephew out of the maze as quickly as I could and sanitized the bejeezus out of him. Thank God for wipeez and Purell santizer.

Not only was my meal $ 8.17 for a vanilla iced coffee and a tender grill chicken sandwich but they burned the chicken and put the black part down on the bun so I wouldn’t see it!

Once upon a time, this Burger King used to be a Wells Fargo Bank. I kid you not. I watched it transform over a few months time into essentially what the restaurant looks like today; a playground greets you at the front sidewalk while the drive thru welcomes you at the back and the restaurant sits between. With its customers still clamoring for financial services, Wells Fargo built an ATM into the wall between the grocery store and Pizza Hut. I stopped by this shopping center today, located on the corner of Redhill and Walnut, not because I’m a customer of Wells Fargo, but rather I left work late and spent entirely too much time sitting on the freeway getting home. By the time I got into town, I was famished and I didn’t want to go grocery shopping at Freshia on an empty stomach… Lord only knows what would of ended up in my shopping basket then, so I parked midway between and walked over to Burger King to eat dinner. As I approached, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner met me at the double doors. Now I’ve got a choice to make even before I order my food. Do I go with the wolf pack or the vampire family? Damn you Twilight Eclipse movie promotional tie-ins! Oh, wait! A young girl has decided to hold the door open for me after she exited. Vampires it is. When I heard Burger King was selling a burger made with A1 steak sauce, I began to get nostalgic remembering when I ate an A1 Hamburger at What-A-Burger on the outskirts of Dallas, Texas. It was one of the most tasty yet artery clogging meals I had ever consumed in one sitting. My heart even ached a little when I was through. Could A1 Steak Sauce and cattle ranchers be subsidized by cardiac surgeons? Who knows. But the Burger King’s version of their A1 ‘Steak’ burger quenched my hunger fully, the fries were good and I was happy to drink an ice cold Dr. Pepper to wash it all down. The A1 Steak Burger at Burger King is one of the most expensive menu items available. The only thing more expensive is the triple Whopper. If you order it with a small drink, it’s the same price as on the menu. With a medium drink, add $.50 but if you want a large, add $.99. Friendly service and easy parking. P. S.: Their former creepy plasticine costumed mascot/pitch man was no where to be found.
