The owner has been really great at reaching out to me and explaining the situation. I really appreciate that and feel my experience is not a common occurrence there. A co-​worker had his truck fixed there and had recommended the place to me, as he had a good experience there. In the future I would have no problems bringing my car, or my wife’s car, there to get an estimate or to get repairs.

Excellent Service! Marvin was a wonderful contact and kept me updated on the progress throughout the repairs. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible, horrible customer service.
I made an appointment well in advance with my insurance and confirmed it with Fix Auto beforehand.
When I showed up for said appointment I said «I have an appointment, the insurance is through Allstate.»
Their response was «Ummm, Allstate? Huh? Umm, no, I don’t think so. Maybe come back another day?»
I repeatedly insisted I had an appointment that I had confirmed both through my insurance and by calling Fix Auto. Same response «No, I don’t think so.»
I was unable to get my Allstate rep on the phone, so I went home, rather than wasting time arguing with someone who isn’t going to do anything with me.
Later that day Allstate confirmed again that I should have had an appointment. So we conference called Fix Auto together. Their response was now «Oh you should have told us you had an appointment!» First off, I DID tell them I had an appointment. Second, wouldn’t you inquire when someone’s there to drop off a car if they had an appointment or not? They then proceeded to tell me that my appointment was «on another calendar.» Why are they keeping two sets of books? Are they up to something fishy?
When I came to pick up my car after the repair they basically handed me my keys and said «here you go.» Only at my insistence did they do a walk around of my car, which was about as un-​thorough as my brother’s 10 year kids would have done.
Long story short: if they can’t find your appointment, ask if you are on the «double secret probation» calendar. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Thanks for wasting half a vacation day to get this done.

My car was hit while it was parked. Luckily a witness stopped the person from leaving and came inside to see whose car that was since it was parked in front of my office. (We have cameras outside so it would have been bad if she had left) The lady admitted fault and she gave me her info and I ended up taking my car for repairs through her insurance at this office.
I am very satisfied with the customer service of this location. My car was returned to me within three days, just keep in mind it received minor damage to the rear bumper, and though it needed to be entirely replaced, it was still minor. Darn these new cars, right?!
Throughout the process they would call or text me letting me know how it was going. Turned in my car on Monday, got it back Thursday morning. My car looks great!

Fix Auto, and Geico did a terrific job repairing my car after someone bumped into me. Laura my claims person was terrific, excellent service!

Wow, I am so satisfied with the work that Laura and her Fix Auto team did!
I was rear-​ended at the other drivers fault, and this was my first fender bender of any kind so I was new to this repair process. Even though the other girl’s insurance was paying for it, I was still nervous because I didn’t know what to expect.
But Laura warmly greeted me and walked me through the whole process! I am sure that they have customers from all walks of life and experience, and she caters to each one.
My husband has had his car fixed by a few other places in the past, and he said that I was lucky to go to this place (as the places he went to were not nearly as great).
I did have to call a couple times for updates on the timeline, but otherwise I was entirely satisfied with their service and would recommend to anyone. Especially those of us who are newer to car repair world.
I was also surprised at the courtesies they offered, one of them being a nice car wash and vacuum. :)
And additionally, though I didn’t have to pay the bill, I researched online and the price of parts/​labor was reasonable. Fix Auto was definitely in the medium priced to affordable range.

I was involved in a minor collision on Thursday. Geico referred me to Fix Auto (Tustin). I made the reservation Thursday night and was there Friday morning. I was greeted cheerfully and introduced to Laura.
my appointment wasn’t on their list because I made the appointment after they print the days work out.
Laura looked at my car, along with the geico adjuster. They had my car back/​done in less than a week. AWESOME
My car was returned to me looking AAAA++++
The rental was a different story.

I was referred to Fix Auto by Geico, the insurer of a car who rear-​ended me. Don’t think of this as a regular auto repair shop — it’s Geico’s «one stop shop experience» (there is a Geico estimator, an Enterprise car rental, and the actual repair shop). While this may seem efficient and convenient, what this means is that their primary customer is Geico, not you.
Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional, though not necessarily efficient and reliable (ex. I arrived at 4:40pm and had to wait until 5:50pm; I was informed the minor cosmetic damages would take 2 days when they ended up taking 5 days). What got to me, though, was that when I went to pick up my car and was being hurried out as employees wanted to leave (I arrived at 4:20 and waited a full hour), I noticed that a piece of the car on the inside was missing. The remaining repair mechanic took a look, admitted that something was missing, then went browsing in the back to find the missing piece. It’s completely human to make mistakes, and this was not that big an issue, but the shop should have a business process/​checklist to make sure cars are fully serviced and where they should be prior to being returned to the owner. Though I liked the office staff I interacted with, I do not fully trust the repair work and business process here.

I was rear ended by a guy who had Geico. They directed me to use this body shop for the repairs (unless I had one of my own). I was very pleased with the service and communication from this body shop. They sent out delightful automated updates, letting me know how much longer the repairs would take. Yes, they were automated, but it was still nice to have a check in. They finished my car two days early. The paint looks great.

They fixed my car a few years ago. There was an issue where my windshield fluid wasn’t coming out and I didn’t discover until recently. Didn’t know if they would take care of it so I brought it in anyways. They took it back and fixed it no problem. Nice to know they stand behind their work. Good team and very polite.

So I had a little fender bender on the 91 freeway and Geico sends me to Fix Auto Tustin. Where I meet Art Bautista. What a personable and professional guy. He made me feel extremely confident the he was going to take great care of my car and he did. The only problem I had was picking up my car on Friday. I was working all day. Well that was no problem for Art he had one of his guys drive my car to me and return my rental car to enterprise. Now that customer service. Thanks Art for all your help and the great job on my car it looks brand new.

My car looks perfect! Some lady backed up and hit my car, the damage was not bad, but this auto shop did a great job repairing my vehicle. The receptionist was a sweet heart. She even offered me food, which was delicious. I never felt more welcomed and seen such great customer service from and auto place.

My main issue with this place is not that they stole property that was in the glove compartment (no reason to even open it), but to have the manager, Tony, say that he would reimburse me for my troubles. Well as you can tell that never happened. I would find another shop.

Excellent all the way around! They know how to do it and make something like a car repair enjoyable! Yes I said enjoyable! I damaged my own car– Geico had me come here. I had my repair completed within 24 hours! I needed a new front bumper and they returned the car to me in perfect condition and cleaned!
Enterprise rent a car had a rental waiting for me! Thank you Enterprise– Geico and Fix Auto! Excellent job!

I took in my car after I was involved in a three car accident. The party responsible for the damages was insured by Geico so I was referred to this body shop by the claims adjustor. Fix Auto has a Geico representative onsite as well as an Enterprise office and Hertz office for your car rental needs.
Dropping off my car and picking up my car was a breeze. The service was very professional, fast and accommodating. The Geico adjustor that assisted me was Aaron and the body shop manager is Art. They were very friendly and helpful as to informing me what the repairs of my car would be and the ETA. I would receive text message updated on the status of my car which was very helpful.
I was provided with a rental while my car was in the process of being fixed and Enterprise has a lot of choices. I was going through an insurance so I got a pretty sweet deal on upgrading my rental to a luxury sedan. I hope not to be involved in another car accident but if I am I will definitely be giving Fix Auto a call.

Allstate recommended FIX AUTO COLLISION, as they have an on-​site adjuster.
After consideration, I brought it to Fix. My truck was dropped off on Monday, and finished on Thursday.
They took great care of my vehicle, and it looks BRAND NEW!
Great service and easy to work with… Pleasure, considering the cause of the accident was a Valet.

Geico sent me here to fix my car and I can say I got some really great service. Besides the fact that I want to block out the picture of my car damaged and with green marker lines on it highlighting the damages, I can say that I enjoyed working with them. They txt you updates of the process almost daily and they did a great job repairing my car. It seemed very expensive to me but I only paid the deductible and it took too long, but I understand that they have to wait for the ordered parts. The Enterprise lady on site offered me 2 cars to choose from and of course I took the cheapest one since you pay for insurance and everything over some $ 30/​day that Geico covers, and it 8 days it adds up (also because I’m cheap!).

Unfortunately we’ve had two collisions in the last year. One when my wife’s car was hit by a drunk and one when her idiot husband backed into a tree trunk. However, and FORTUNATELY, we found Fix It Auto Repair!
This is a very professional place that does terrific work. They keep you updated by text and the turn around time was remarkable. In both instances our cars were repaired in less than a week. That is unlike ANY other collision repair shop I’ve gone to in Southern California over the years.
Highly, highly recommended.

Got my car hit by another driver. This is a Geico authorized shop, so I wanted to bring my car here. The other party’s insurance was USAA and they too used this shop as an authorized shop so we were good there.
Service. Prompt, Friendly, and Explained all of the details well. Went over the damaged area of the car in great depth and made sure everything was fixed perfectly.
Only con: They say they have Enterprise rental on site, but they only have an enterprise REP on site. They do not have cars on site, or at least don’t have very many. When I dropped my car off it took 1.5 hours to get 3 waiting parties to the Enterprise office 2 miles away. Luckily, after my car was ready you can drop the rental off at the body shop. I wish they either had cars on site, or was told up front that it might take this long to get into a rental car. I would have made different arrangements. I was told it would only take 10 minutes.
Quality of the work. Very good. I’m not going to say it was perfect. A little bit of overspray on the clear coat, and some of the lines were very slightly visible, but it was 98% fixed to satisfaction. Honestly were not really talking a big deal, but I’m just a bit OCD like that.
I would definitely recommend this place to others. This is my second time coming here for body work, and both times they’ve done a great job.

Preface: I was pulling into a parking space in Downtown Disney and some nimrod opened his passenger side door into my truck’s driver side door just as I was about to stop. My door looked like a crumpled can of soda; the other guy’s door was totally jacked. He also had no insurance. Geico, my insurance company, couldn’t get a hold of this guy. He kept ducking them until they finally agreed to honor my claim (after MUCH pestering from me). I had a body shop I wanted to bring my truck to, but the woman I spoke with at Geico suggested I use their approved body shop because they’ve got a claims agent on-​site and the work has a lifetime guarantee. I was leery, but since I just wanted to get all this over with I agreed.
I got here for my 8am appt and was met by John. He proceeded to explain to me exactly what they were going to do with my truck, how they’d fix the damage, etc. He addressed any concerns I had about what needed to be done and was extremely thorough. While he made notes on my truck (using a washable highlighter), my Geico claims agent asked me some questions about the accident and told me about my coverage. John said they’d start on my truck that day and it should be done before the end of the week. I was surprised since I had assumed they’d have it for at least a week. He also told me they were using a text messaging system to notify me of their progress. I signed a few papers and left.
These guys weren’t kidding about keeping me informed. Later that day I got a call explaining what needed to be done and the estimate (which I was 100% covered on). Then came the text messages… each one letting me know how close to completion my truck was. They quoted me a Thurs pickup by 5pm, then sent me a text an hour later to say it’d be done on Wed instead. Sweet. I got another text on Wed that my truck was «ready to come home».
Honestly, the work they do speaks for itself. My truck left looking better than it did before the accident. Not only was the door brand-​spanking-​new, but they also cleaned my interior, dressed the exterior with protectants, shined up my wheels/​rims and left it looking like I’d just gotten a wax. They even found a spare key the previous owner had stashed somewhere on the truck that I didn’t know about. The entire process was quick, painless and easier than any mechanic I’ve ever dealt with before. I can only assume they do work this great for any situation, whether it’s through your insurance company or not. I can’t recommend them enough.
