I love Waffle House! Best service and friendliest girls at this location ever! You go girls! In Iowa and Nebraska we don’t have this brand but when I travel I google Waffle House first for my first stop to eat.

Absolutely awful. Barely ate there because of the terrible smell when I walked in. Thought eh, I’ll get over it when I get food, I mean it is waffle house. Nope, slow service, boiled water for mush. And it all came out in courses with the cold bacon first. Extremely unprofessional staff. Will not be returning.

How can you not like Waffle House? Most of the negativity comes from the environment. The kitchen is open and some people just can’t handle watching a 300 lb sweaty guy touching their toast. But at least they’re not hiding behind closed doors. I’ve worked in food service. I know what goes on back there! The food here is good, classic diner fare and cheap cheAp cheap! And also great if it’s 2 am and hungry.

Not quite on the«regular» status that they know me by name or vise versus… But there are some workers I prefer over others. I L.O. V. E Waffle House!!! The fact that this place is right down the road from my living quarters is a PLUS! Overall this place is equivalent to all other Waffle House I have been. It does get packed!!! Please believe thAt If I didn’t like the vibe/something about this location then I would not spend my money here… So things are great!

First of all there were all these dead crickets or something like that inside of the overhead fluorescent light clear plastic panels in the ceiling. However, that isn’t why I took the time to write in. My wife, daughter and myself all went in for breakfast on the weekend and ordered. The menu said something like a free orange juice with a meal, but when ordering the waitress discovered that I was going to drink the orange juice that came with my wife’s meal and said that if that was the case then she would have to charge us extra since the orange juice didn’t come with the meal that I had ordered. I said your kidding me right? She said no, that’s the rules or something to that effect. We started to leave but blew it off and stayed and ordered. To be fair the meal was okay, what you might expect at a waffle house and for that price range. What I didn’t like was the«orange juice» policy. The menu didn’t say anything about who had to drink the orange juice. This may sound like I’m making a big deal out of nothing, but it was enough to irritate me and that as we drove off we decided as a group to not go back. There is no shortage of breakfast places so we will continue to go to other places. I know some of you will read this and you will be prepared ahead of time or you may decide not to go at all. All the expensive marketing and advertising is worth nothing if the customer service is poor. Oh, and by the way this happened probably about 9 months ago. Some one else told me a similar story about a restaurant that didn’t honor a coupon for buy one get one of the same or lessor amount free. Three meals were ordered and they gave them the lessor one for free, not the same value one. This person’s story reminded me of mine, and so I thought I would let some more of you know. Hopefully, some of you will find this rating helpful. Also, we haven’t been back since and we used to eat there somewhat regularly. It really is just me exercising my my ability to choose a new breakfast restaurant after the waitress chose to implement a silly and stupid policy. I wonder how many other people have not come back and didn’t bother to write in about it. If someone from waffle house reads this maybe you might think about honoring your advertising and improving your customer service?

My cousin and I love this place! We eat here regularly and always get the All Star Special which includes a huge waffle which you can top with an unlimited toppings. There’s is always tons to eat and the prices are excellent. The atmosphere is very casual and the staff is very friendly.

WH is classic and this one is no exception. Didn’t have a problem with the service, the chatter or the food. Had a problem with paying in cash because their CC machine/service was down. It was a Sunday and I had to search hard for an ATM while my husband stayed at WH as collateral. Next time I go, I’ll just be sure to have $$ on me :) BUSYLOCATION!!!

Clean tables, very good service and the nostalgic memories of trips to WH at 3am after a night drinking beer with my friends in High School, made my quick visit here worthwhile. Then again, I just love waffles. You can’t go wrong with Waffle House!

I tried an omelette that was dripping with onions and cheese over both that and the hashbrowns. It was greasy but it was delicious. I only eat this type of breakfast food maybe once every six months but they did well at this. The bacon was cheap bacon. It tasted good but lacked any gourmet quality. The pancakes are really not too bad and with a bit of syrup are swallowable. It was an ordinary, average sort of breakfast but quite good. It your going by gourmet quality, its about two stars. If your going by does it taste good, its about four stars and that was what impressed me. The waitress was prompt and always on it when we needed coffee. It tasted good, it wasn’t disgusting. The place was clean and the wait staff had personality. Four stars.

C’mon, it’s Waffle House. It sure ain’t no white table cloth, bottled water joint! You go there for the greasy egg dishes or the greasy sandwiches or greasy steaks, or maybe even a waffle or two. Actually, for most of us, it’s not the food that attracts us, it’s the staff. Talk about colorful! They talk about anything and everything while on duty and that entertainment is non-stop. Cheap food and free entertainment. When it’s 3 a.m. in Tulsa, how can you beat it?!
