History

Established in 2012.

The Denton Law Firm PLLC was established because we wanted to offer legal services that provided the best possible representation for our clients while upholding our core belief, that we must treat clients like people, and not like paychecks.

The Denton Law Firm offers a variety of litigation experience for its clients. Although this is helpful when the court system is required, we also believe in using this experience to help our clients avoid the cost and stress of litigation. Trial and litigation are extremely useful tools in the legal process, however, at the Denton Law Firm, we believe in evaluating each client’s case individually so that we can help you decide the right path for your case.

Meet the Business Owner

Robert D.

Business Owner

Robert Denton is a trial attorney who focuses his practice in Family Law (divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, etc.), Personal Injury Law (Car Accidents, Slip-​and-​Fall, On the Job Injuries) a DUI, Criminal Law, and more.

Prior to founding the Denton Law Firm PLLC Robert worked for a downtown Tulsa civil defense firm where he refined his knowledge of civil litigation.

Prior to working in civil litigation defense, Robert Denton was a Deputy District Attorney for the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office in Ventura, California. During his time at the District Attorney’s Office he was assigned to prosecute gang, major narcotics, family violence crimes, and DUI cases, as well as other assignments.

Mr. Denton earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. Mr. Denton has passed both the California and the Oklahoma bar exams and is admitted to practice law in both states, as well as numerous federal courts.
