History

Established in 2005.

The Hayes Law Firm is a Tulsa-​based law firm experienced in family law matters including child custody and divorce. The firm handles oil and gas issues for companies of all sizes as well as for individuals, and real estate matters for both residential and commercial real estate. They represent both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases including medical malpractice, auto accidents, slip and falls, and many others. In addition, the Hayes Law Firm represents people charged with criminal offenses at the misdemeanor and felony level including DUI/​DWI, drugs, domestic violence, and theft cases. The Firm’s previous experience working with prosecutors gives an advantage to its criminal defense clients.

Mr. Hayes represents individuals, families and businesses in all aspects of the law including general civil and criminal litigation, personal injury, family law and business transactions.

Mr. Hayes has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases, auto accidents, slip and falls, and other personal injury claims. He has also defended property and casualty insurance carriers against injury and professional negligence claims. He represents individuals and businesses in litigation related to breach of contract, real estate transactions, and landlord/​tenant disputes.
