I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again — I love me some Qdoba! This store has always been adequate for my lunchtime pit stops. My only complaint is when I get a rookie burrito-roller. And it seems to happen a lot. I mean, how can I eat a burrito if the tortilla is torn all the way down the side? Another thing that would bump up my rating is if the Tulsa Qdoba’s offered the chorizo breakfast burritos!

I really love this place! The staff at this location is always friendly and willing to answer my questions when I don’t know how to order right! They have these awesome seats with stools where you can watch the people stroll by on 15th street! Very good food. I love the big crunchy salad bowls! I’m always satisfied. Full!

Qdoba, your chips… I mean really. How do you do it? How do you season them so perfectly with lime and the right amount of salt? I can admit I can eat a whole bag by myself(or 2.) The chips/queso/guac combo is my go-to here. I’ve tried the chicken burrito and steak taco salad and while definitely finished it, have been a little put-off by the higher prices. If the meat was a cooked a little more and was given more generously, I’d bump it up to a 4 star for sho. Catering options are available. If I ever found myself hosting a Mexican food party, Qdoba would be a place I’d consider! I’ve seen their setup at other events and everything is put together nicely.

Today I visited Qdoba at Approximately 1:30pm. I made my order in the usual manner. While adding toppings to my meal I asked the girl to put the salsa and sour cream on the side. She must not have heard me, I asked 2 more times trying to interrupt her… Not a big deal. She politely said she was sorry and asked the man who began my order to remake it. I said thanks & sorry. Begin Problem… He made quite the show out of throwing the last meal in the trash, picking up a new tray tossing stuff everywhere. Slamming the tortillas down onto the prep area, and making deep sighing noises. He then looked at the other employee and told her«So, he can have sour cream on the side, but can’t handle it on the food? That’s pretty weird» in a very sarcastic voice as he glares at me. As I could see that I had caused him quite a bit of strife I told him«nevermind, if it’s going to be that much trouble to you, I’ll just go and eat somewhere else». He replied with«SEEYA!» I left the restaurant feeling a little beat up so I went back in to request that I speak to the manager… and unfortunately he WAS the manager. Now seeing that I was upset he said that he «didn’t mean anything bad» by doing and saying what he did. It astounds me that a man who can’t handle the basic needs and requests of customers is working a management position in the food service industry. What I question more is how he got there in the first place.

This place is awesome! I always get the tacos because they’re cheap and if you put enough in them they fill you up like crazy. I only order 2, which comes out to being about $ 4 I think? The tortillas are warm and wonderful and tasty and the queso is awesome possum… not as spicy as I like but hey it’s still awesome. If you’re comparing this to chipotle, however, they’re about the same… BUT if you’re a queso lover the Qdoba’s the way to go.

I’ve seen several of thee restaurants in Tulsa so decided to give them a try, although across the street is one of my favorite quick Mexican restaurants, Chiptole. Nicely decorated, clean, modern inside, you place your order at the counter but the menu selection is rather confusing. the folks that work behind the conter seemed harried, bored and unhappy. Ordered some white corn tortilla chips tossed with lime and kosher salt and Salsa but they were soggy and came right out of a bag. I got the Ancho Chile BBQ Burrito a slighty sweet, molé inspired BBQ sauce with chiles, hickory and smoky mesquite… too BBQ and sweet for my taste. Dane got the Fajita Ranchera Burrito — a Fire-grilled red onions and bell peppers with tangy Ranchera sauce(no beans) which he felt was far inferior to Chiptole Burritos. Nope, how can you eat here when you’ve got Chiptole so close?

Bring back the Atomic Burrito you bought out to open this joint. Wow what a let down. Everything is extra charge and very very bland. People who love crappy mexican food will love this place. I have eaten here twice and my wife has used them for catering(not her idea as she knows they suck at mex) and its always the same story. Qdoba is a chain and the company stock is tanking if that tells you anything.

The food is good, and the place is really clean. I had a similar problem as mentioned by the previous reviewer. I was there at 7:30 pm once and they were out of chicken and other time, I found that they were controlling the amount of chicken they were putting in each buritto.
