Copier Cures LLC repairs all brands of Copiers and Printers at the customers location. Although Copier Cures is primarily a copier repair service, Copier Cures sells used «end of lease» Sharp and Toshiba copiers and leases brand new Kyocera copiers. This business is all about giving the customer what is best for the customer. Not necessarily what is best for Copier Cures. With that philosophy Copier Cures has been growing steadily for the past 4 years with a BBB rating of A+.

Established in 2011.

Established this business to provide «on site» copier and printer service to customers at a flat rate service fee and transparency so the customer has an idea of what to expect, except for large service fees.

Meet the Business Owner

Doug J.

Business Owner

Copier Cures owner, Doug James, started servicing copiers and printers in 1992 at Xerox. Became certified and serviced 25 different families of copiers and printers. Responded to at least 8000 service calls.

He began to see a real need for a business that could service a variety of copiers and printers at lower rates and faster service than offered by other companies. In 2002, he started a business called «Grand Lake Copiers.» For 7 years provided copier and printer service to hundreds of customers.

With the coming of the «digital age,» Professional service needed to include a knowledge of digital technology that his business was lacking. In 2008, he closed «Grand Lake Copiers» and became employed at a Canon copier/​printer dealership. After 3 years of on-​the-​job training, it was time to once again provide NE Oklahoma with an all-​inclusive copier/​printer service. In 2011 «Copier Cures» was started.
