Established in 2005.

The owner has over 20 years of experience in the construction, and HVAC industries. Formerly a USMC engineer. Balance Point Services Inc. was initially a general contractor providing handyman /​home inspection /​construction services, then expanded to the heating and cooling industy.

Balance Point Cooling and Heating provides expertise in commercial, residential, industrial, or agricultural HVAC/​R needs.

Business Owner

I have been through extensive training in the heating and cooling industry. I’ve spent the past 23 years working on, and installing all kinds of heating and cooling equipment. My education in service, knowing the dynamic functions of controls, air balancing, refrigeration, hydronics, geo thermal, ductless, and much more. I hold multiple certifications and licensing that sets my diagnostics apart from the competition.

My experience and education have proven to benefit many homes and businesses in savings on emergency repair costs, operating costs, & ultimate reliability.
