This is the Wendy’s on International Boulevard north of the Tukwila International Boulevard transit station, not the one in the airport. So, without further ado… When I travel to Seattle I always stay at the Travelodge on International Boulevard. It’s not the Taj Mahal by any stretch of the imagination, but the bed works and the roof doesn’t leak. This Wendy’s is right across the street from that hotel, so I usually stop there at least once per trip for a Frosty or something, if not a meal. I have never been in there that it wasn’t packed. As for the food… well, it’s a Wendy’s. They have standard-issue Wendy’s food. You either like it or you don’t.

The people that took my order their minds were spinning 100 miles a minute couldn’t even focus to take my order over a little bit of business. So in result they messed up my order and then didn’t even give me my drink through the drive-through when I went inside the store to have it fixed they made it seem like they weren’t even in the wrong and they didn’t believe me that I didn’t receive my drink. They need to calm down and focus or sharpen up their English.

I’ve only been here through the drive-thru. They have really good strawberry lemonade, so it’s the only time I ever go here. As far as customer service, I haven’t had an issue, but I’ve seen some people pull up and just leave without even getting their food. Maybe some people are just impatient. I don’t know for sure. I recommend it for its lemonades.

My family and I have been going to this Wendy’s for as long as I have lived in the area(20YEARS), and have been very loyal. I typically have a great experience going here, but tonight I had a very disappointing customer service experience. I guess you can’t expect much from a fast food restaurant, but I expect BETTER considering the better experiences I get from other Wendy’s locations, and considering how my family and I have been going here for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. I guess all good things come to an end. I came through the drive through on March 26, 2015 at 9:32PM, location #1538. As I was ordering, the host, Sharon(who was the only decent employee that night) would repeat my order, to which I would respond«Yeah». Shortly after, through the intercom I could audibly hear employees in the background mocking the way I responded«Yeah» and laughing several times. I brought up this issue after paying and receiving my order. The manager, Ajino, was one of the employees that was laughing and mocking me. As I told her my complaint, I could hear the second employee, Mauricio laughing in the background. Apparently he thought it was hysterical that he got caught. When I called back later to learn their names, Ajino, the manager told me that she and the employee, Mauricio were only talking to each other and did not mean to make fun of me. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that she did not behave as a manager. Seriously? I am not shocked that some childish employee was mocking me, but the MANAGER? I CLEARLY heard both of them mocking me SEVERAL times and laughing about it. I am SHOCKED that when I confronted her, she did not admit to the behavior but instead tried to cover it up with some POOREXCUSE. I don’t care if you’re a fast food restaurant franchise. Customer service is NOTMOCKING and LAUGHING at your customers.

Don’t bother. Ordered regular nuggets but got spicy. Ordered 18 nuggets(x36pks) but got 15. Ordered chili but they didn’t even put it in my bag. Asked for 4BBQ got 3. Didn’t even acknowledge I was there. My fault I didn’t check my bag for chili, count my nuggets, count my BBQ and check if the nuggets were correct? Maybe, but it should never have to be my issue. I’ll never go there again.

Coming here on-and-off in recent years, I’ve had pretty good service and food in the drive-thru. The main picks are large fries(their«natural cut fries»), the homestyle chicken sandwich(sans mayo) and value menu chicken sandwiches(sans mayo). No mayo is perfect for me because who needs it?! The chicken is good enough and mayo can mask it. The fries are awesome and a nicer change over McD’s tasty yet rather moist fries.

There is no Wendy’s by my house, there used to be along time ago and I would go there instead of other fast food places. Sometimes I drive by this Wendy’s if I go a certain way on my way home and wonder if its still good, I was in the mood for a shake and thought Wendy’s was a good choice to try. I went through the drive«thru» and ordered a vanilla shake. I didn’t look at the menu when I ordered the vanilla shake and to my surprise I was rejected, they don’t make vanilla shakes I was told. Wendy’s only makes get this, chocolate, strawberry and caramel. I was like what? No vanilla? Caramel kind of sounded good so I just ordered it to forget about it and move on. When I got to the window and paid, he gave me the shake and it looked not all the way mixed up because the bottom was still white blending into caramel and it dawned on me, this is vanilla shake with caramel syrup blended in… All I bought was a shake and it was good but I was perplexed. If someone wants vanilla shake and you have the capabilities to restrain yourself from putting caramel syrup in the vanilla, it is possible… Is there something wrong with Wendy’s vanilla ice cream that I don’t know about? Why is the most common flavor not offered but only with caramel syrup blended in? If I ever go back should I try to order it as a caramel milkshake but without caramel? I bet you it would work…

EXTREMELYTERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. That Asian Supervisor/Manager who works at the night shift is very rude. I remember ordering a BLT Salad and wanted to return it because of the bad taste of the blue cheese through the drive-thru window and the guy in charge there already gave me an attitude. He told his boss about it(the Asian guy) and without saying a word just handed me $ 5.50 for the $ 5.99 salad and shut the freakin’ drive-thru window on me. WITHOUTSAYING A WORD. Literally speaking yes. Despite the very casual tone of voice I had, they were just very pissed off probably because I was not there to order but to return something. I work in retail and I know what customer service is. And this is just not that.

Worst quality of wendys food. Dishonest and sloppy. Last week we ordered the #7 spicy chicken sandwich combo and the fries literally had 2 teaspoons or more of salt piled up and a ton all over the fries. The sandwich wasnt what we ordered. And I didnt see any receipt in the bag. I am positive they didnt give me one probably because they didnt want me to report them to corporate. Anyway tonight I tried again and ordered the #7, giving them a chance to redeem themselves, I was thinking maybe it was just a bad employee. Or heavy handed person. Anyway, I purposely asked for no salt because I didnt want last week to ocur again. He handed me the bag immediately… um…come on now. i work at a restaurant and i know you dont have salt free fries sitting there ready at 11:45pm at night. so I asked the man and he says, theres no salt on the fries. Im like um… okay. It felt hot. so i didnt bother to try one before leaving, didnt want to seem like a picky b*tch so I went home. Got home, theres salt on them. It tastes like they double fried it in hopes of frying the salt off. Im not stupid here people. I know what double fried, fresh fried, tastes like. Goodness. Dishonest. Sloppy quality. This is so far the only wendys i have been disatisfied with. I already wrote a feedback to corporate. Hope they check on this place. so annoying… never coming here again. btw…they didnt leave a receipt for me this second visit. im sure they are avoiding bad reviews with corporate, especially since the two times they didnt give me a receipt. well you couldnt stop me there. i found my way around that and reported your a**es

Absolutely the worst service, there wasn’t anything right in our order going thru the drive thru, come on how hard can it be to read a ticket and fill it…

No napkins and the tables hadn’t been wiped off in a while. Nice people, though. They handled a disgruntled customer pretty well.

This is your better than average Wendy’s — they’ve never messed up my order and are friendly. I don’t think a long line warrants a two-star review.

I like Wendy’s as a fast food place, but this one in the airport was really busy, but had no lines to make it easy for people to know who is ordering and who is waiting.

It was the only thing I close to what I wanted to eat at the airport. The line was really long and the service was terrible. At least the food tasted like how it was suppose to :)

This is the Wendy’s found in Seatac airport. As to be expected, they only offer a part of their full menu at this location. Wendy’s is a fast food chain, so I don’t expect the food to taste much differently across locations. That expectation was met. Their chicken nuggets with bbq and honey mustard are the perfect combination. Highly recommended. This review is more about the service, which is mediocre. The employees are dismissive and you’re seen more as just another transaction. Fine with me if it speeds up the process. Overall, a solid experience. The lines can get long here, but it moves along rather quickly.
