We had the Original burger and it does taste pretty good. The double chocolate shake is very thick so the straw did not help, use a spoon instead. The bacon cheese fries is so sick we finished it leaving the shake alone. Too much carb and sugar already. I took photos of the burger and the bacon fries, but both of them didn’t look as good as it taste.

Even with no line, fries and a shake took them 15 minutes to make. The fries were cold.

I hadn’t been to a Johnny Rockets in a decade or so, but my friends from Alaska came into town and this is where they wanted to eat. My meal was definitely delicious, and if someone I was with chose to eat here i wouldn’t complain, but I don’t think I would choose to eat here on my own. Just for what it is, the amount of time that it takes to make is kind of crazy. They don’t salt their fries either, which I thought was weird.

Do you have time to wait? Yes? Then you can do Johnny Rockets. Leave your expectations of a quick experience at the door because I sometimes wonder if the staff is trying to be slow on purpose. However, if you can wait, and wait, and wait for that stupid guy that has to stare at the menu and ask the same question 12 times while you throw daggers at his back with your eyes, you might like what you find on the other side. I had the sweet potato fries, the bacon/cheese fries, and a chocolate shake. I was pleased. VERY classic diner. The sweet potato fries were very well flavored, crispy on the outside, and fluffily dense on the inside(aka the right way). The bacon/cheese fries were great– very generous on both bacon and the cheese; I had to use a fork. Side note, the cheese here is the same cheese they use at a Steak n Shake– squirted out from a container with a pump. However, I am okay with that; I actually crave it sometimes. The chocolate shake(even though I ordered the dark chocolate shake– thanks for not listening, employees) was tasty, and I reminded me of the shakes we used to make at home as a kid. If you are trapped in the mall, you can get some decent junk food here. Neither your cardiovascular system, your wallet, or your sense of ‘WTF!!!’ will have a good time, but you will experience a sold, «Not too bad!» when you actually get your food.

Johnny Rockets has great burgers my wife & I go every weekend we stop at the food court before a movie & we love it ! The service there is phenomenal great quality food. The ladies there do an awesome job always smiling and being very polite. The burgers take about 5 – 7 min to make but understanding that it is a mall and there is plenty people who order I don’t mind the time they take, if the cooks make a mistake without hesitation they help make my meal amazing. Lots of hard workers. :) defineatly worth it!

Help! Someone call the health inspector, I posted photos here of the built up grey fuzzy gunk on the power cords and the plugs ins!!! Just ruined my experience because the counter barstool where I sat was right in front of it. Blachhhhh :(food was 7 out of 10, a little more fries would of been a nice add to offset the sting of paying higher meat costs these days. The customer service was horrible, you name any bullet point of training and the whole staff get low marks.(to many to mention) Nothing I’m ready to patron again.

Do Not Go To ThIs Location, The Service Is AWFUL! Took Me Almost Twenty minutes For A Wrong Order The Girl Laughed About Getting It Wrong Then Took Forever To Get It Right, When You Work At The mall And Only Have Half An Hour This Is Unacceptable The Service Stinks

Stopped by with my family and had a pleasant experience. We ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and bacon cheeseburger with regular fries. Their bacon is made to perfection and is perfectly crisp. Not too soggy and not too burned. The food tasted great, was hot and the wait time wasn’t too bad. The employees seemed friendly and eager to help with extra Condiments or drink refills. Highly recommend this place for a good old burger. Looking forward to trying their shakes next time.

Very poor experience yesterday evening at Johnny Rockets — The service was awful. While my order was being taken, the girl could not have been more obvious about not wanting to be there. After I asked for a ranch, I thought this same girl was going to shoot me in the face for inconviencing her SO much — I left her a $ 3 tip! In a food court! Wish I could take that back. My chicken strips were still a little frozen. The fries were a little soggy. Overall, one of the worst experiences I have had at a food joint.

I wasn’t impressed with the service I received when the Johnny Rockets in the mall. The girl who took my order was very rude and had a depleted look on her face. She was very snappy as she took our order. I understand that customer service can suck, and I’m sure working in the food court at the mall can really fucking suck, but you chose to be there, so in my opinion, you should really make the best of it. I ordered a chicken burger and chili cheese fries. I got my order and I just got regular fries. I went back and asked the girl at the counter if I could please get chili on my fries since I ordered them that way in the first place, showing her the receipt. She gave me a snotty look and then took the receipt and my tray of food to the back where the cook was. She said something to him while sneering at me and then they began laughing. It kind of pissed me off. I took my food from her and walked off but it really left me in a bad mood. I don’t think you should treat customers that way no matter where you work. If you can’t do your job with some dignity, then get the fuck out.

The bacon cheeseburger was delicious. However there are two key areas that have massive space for improvement: value and preparation time in the afternoon. I paid just short of $ 10 for the delicious burger, generous drink, but skimpy french fry portions. I would like to see more french fries for that price. Also, it took them 14 minutes to prepare my simple order at around 2PM. To me, that is too long for a burger shop. Other patrons had to wait inconsistent times for french fries. Two young men ordered fries that took about 10 minutes, but a young lady also ordered fries that took about 4 minutes. Now, I don’t know the details of the circumstance, but it seems that there is some inefficiency/inconsistency here. We’ll see if the trend continues.
