I’ve been to this location on several occasions and I feel ignored every time, I’m not sure if other locations are like this. Always waiting for a dressing room (busy or not) and the one time I was asked if I needed anything the attended returned to tell me they didn’t have that size. I went out and found it at the very front of the rack. And waiting in line to check out is also a waiting game (busy or not) and I always see a sales person just wondering around will there are lines. In all I avoid going here if I can help it.

I love this store. It’s my go-​to place when I’m traveling south of the city. The clearance section is my first stop. The store is always clean and the sales team is friendly and attentive without making you feel «stalked».

I have mixed emotions about this store.. a lot of employees were helpful and kind but the check out line is huge! There are at least 10 shoppers in front of me. At least it gives me time to post this review.
The selection of clothes is decent and the qua. lity is average.
There are not a lot of stores fir plus sized women so I appreciate the stylish options

As a gal of the fluffy persuasion I am somewhat limited to where I can shop for clothes. This place offers me a great selection of choices to up my style game! Ever since moving to location from the former one at the mall I feel like there has been a huge improvement in the store. I think that overall service has improved greatly. There have been times that I struggled to find certain items and those gals get on their fancy walky talky head set things and try to help me find it. The dressing rooms are great! Very roomy and even has this old school boudoir feel to it. The store is so big that they even have half the store dedicated to undies!!! Its like a Victoria’s Secret for the plus (as in positively awesome) sized gals.
I really do enjoy shopping at this store and I intend on returning for the next big sale!

I’ve visited this location various times & today was great. The selection is varied for women’s sizes in casual, business, workout, lingerie and evening wear (sometimes).
I had help today from someone who was real and kind when I was looking for specific capris I like that they’ve had before. The manager was my cashier, and she offered to keep everything on hangers as well as answer questions. I saw the other cashier patiently helping people. The manager had a full dressing room and politely responded to requests and got her staff to help while ringing me up.
The store is laid out well. They always have a sales rack in back. The lingerie section is in an adjacent section next door.
Their prices are a bit spendy for my budget. However, I’m signed up to get their texts for specials like bogo, they have sales often, and they have the Real Women Dollars. This is a program where you get «dollars» to spend on a future shopping trip at a store or online, offered at different times of the year. They will also ship any amount you buy online to a store for free shipping. The clothes are also worth the price. They fit well and last. I have pants I wear once a week I bought in 2007 that are in perfect condition. Their bras actually feel good on big chested women. They have a bra line that doesn’t have any wires or hardware with good straps. They feel marvelous.
Another bonus of this store is the big private parking lot.

The service here is usually bad and today was no exception. You have to stand around and really ask for help if you want to find an item or check out.
It’s really disappointing since their clothes and options are nice.

I love shopping at this location! It’s enormous and always fully stocked with my sizes :) Their sales are great and the clothes tend to last a long time. I’ve only ever had to returned items that I purchased online.

I buy all my bras from Lane Bryant. This location has a big Cacique lingerie section, which is good. However, I prefer to shop online where I can use coupon codes and get free shipping to the store. This location is the only store in the Seattle area that you can pick up shipments.
I’ve had really inconsistent customer service here. Sometimes the associates are friendly and quick when getting my packages and sometimes they act like it’s causing them the biggest inconvenience on the face of the Earth. I definitely don’t see myself casually shopping here, and I dread picking up shipments here because I never know what kind of experience I’ll get.

I’ve been here several times in the last month and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. The girls are too preoccupied with telling each other about there night, to put my handfuls of bras into a fitting room. Not to mention I was in the store for about 35min before anyone said hello, and the one that did was the manager and she just got back from lunch. I have had several bad experiences with one girl that seems to be apart of the management team. She has long brown hair and wears blue contacts, she has a terrible attitude and is always preoccupied with moving clothes from one rack to another, expressing her annoyance with her job while on the clock and being completely terrible at all aspects of customer service. I heard several customer make comments about this girl in particular and how she has a terrible attitude, so Im glad it wasnt just me. If in could find the same/​better quality bras I would never step foot in this store again.

I’m a big fan of the Tukwila Lane Bryant! All of the sales associates I’ve encountered have been friendly and helpful, and since it’s a comparatively large store, the stock is pretty impressive. Nine times out of ten, I can find the items that I’ve located online and put on my wish list.
What I REALLY love about this store is the Cacique shop! I’ve bought loads of Spanx, bras, and sleepwear there. It’s a pleasure to walk through a lingerie section so extensive that it has its own retail space.

OMG! I went shopping here a few days before the new year. All of the associates were so much fun, helpful and truthful. Big girls can’t afford to have people telling them they look good when they really don’t!
So, two weeks later, while back home in California, I realize that there was an issue with my purchase. I’ll just say that Colleen and Vicki, I believe was the name of the other manager, were great about handling the issue. It was resolved the same day. Thank you ladies.
