Just bought a new car and wanted a quality tint job asap, they were able to get us a same day appointment. Staff was very informative, knowledgeable and professional. We ended up getting the highest grade tint and full 3M wrap. Brandon was helpful and fully explained all options and was informative with no high pressure sales tactics. Seriously could not be happier with the finished product and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality job.

I’ve had 26 cars tinted in my lifetime so far… this shop and experience from start to finish was the best I’ve had so far. I’ve tried the common tint places in Auburn and had average experience with ok results… if I would have known Diamond Window tinting was around here I would never have gone anywhere else. Before I start about the quality of Brandon’s work, I want to talk about the shop itself. I’ve been to many auto specialist shops and I take their appearance as an indicator of what the owner and employees are like as well as the quality of their work. When I walked into Diamond Window Tinting, I was floored — the store is SPOTLESS — both the waiting area and the shop itself. I knew I was off to a good start.
When I arrived, Brandon walked me through the various tint options in terms of product and tint level. I settled on ceramic tint but chose to go with 35% tint because I was worried about visibility at night. Brandon had samples of everything laid out and also had a couple finished cars he was able to show me.
I drive a 2016 VW GTI and for those of you familiar with them, they have a very small and difficult to access front quarter window on both driver and passenger sides. Further, the rear hatch window is quite tricky. Brandon is the only person who had worked on my exact car before and could assure me confidently that he could do it.
Not surprisingly, the finished product was impeccable and the car looks phenomenal. Brandon walked me through the steps for caring for the tint and even gave me a cloth and cleaner to use.
In terms of administrative stuff, I booked a few weeks in advance so I could get a Saturday appointment. At the last minute I had to push it by 30 minutes and Brandon was incredibly accommodating when, by all rights, he did not have to be.
In the interest of full disclosure, Brandon is a friend of a friend, but I had already settled on using his shop before finding that out. He is one of the top rated shops in the area for a reason.
I highly recommend Brandon and Diamond Window Tinting. Will be back for sure when my wife gets her new car.

Had my Lexus GX460 windows tinted here again. I had the ceramic tinting put on the windows. They did a great job again. This is a great place to have your car tinted, this is my second car that I had the ceramic tinting put on. Yes, I would recommend the ceramic tint to anyone who is interested in getting their windows tinted. It does keep the heat down in your car.

Excellent service. Requested a quote thru Unilocal to tint my 2015 Malibu and got a detailed response in less than 2 hours. I scheduled my appointment a few weeks out so I could get the time and day I wanted. The day of my appointment Brandon called to confirm and even let me know I could show up early if I wanted.
When I arrived Brandon was ready to help. He is very knowledgeable and answered my few questions with ease. He takes a few minutes to show you the difference between the products he offers, and explained WA state law. Feeling the difference that the ceramic tint makes in blocking heat from the heat lamp was surprising, and that it doesn’t matter how dark the tint is for ceramic film it blocks the heat no matter what. Brandon explained even if you have factory tint you could put the lightest ceramic over it to block heat but not make it much darker. In the end I chose the ceramic tint. Well worth it to me to get the best to make long drives to eastern Washington more comfortable.
I waited for them to tint my car, actually went next door to the Phở place for some quick lunch, then came back and waited in the front office. There’s comfy couches and a TV available. The restroom was nice and clean, and right next to the waiting area.
My car was done right on time. Brandon took me out to see their work and explained how the tint needed to cure and to leave it parked out in the sun if I could for the next day or two. He pointed out the ‘dot matrix’ on the OEM back window glass and explained how the film is bonded to the dots but they are raised so it looks like might not be bonded but it is, it’s just a quirk of the factory glass. He explains the kind of cleaner to use and gives you a free spray can of cleaner and microfiber cloth to take.
I waited more than the recommend time to let the film cure before rolling down my windows, no issues here. The lines in the film Brandon showed me disappeared after the film cured just like he said they would. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and will be bringing all future vehicles to Diamond for tinting.

This is a long awaited review but I got my car tinted by Brandon back around October of 2015. First thing to consider was I missed two scheduled appointment with Brandon, which he wasn’t too happy with, but that’s completely understandable. I’d be pissed too. Despite all this Brandon still helped me out when I showed up to shop, in a friendly manner; at the end it resulted in an amazing tint that I am happy with. Thanks Brandon for the tint and dealing with my crap! Haha!

Searched for Window tinting on Unilocal and Diamond Window tinting came up. I messaged thru Unilocal at 4am and received a response by 7am. Message was very detailed on different types on tint and pricing. I called around 9am and was able to get an appointment just a couple hours later. I was greeted upon arrival. The owner was very informative and professional. He never pressured me into buying a higher priced tint. I was quoted about four hours for my car to be finished. They started around 1pm and we’re done by 3pm. I am truly amazed at the friendliness, professionalism, quality, and speediness. I even received a free bottle of glass cleaner and towel to clean my Windows!
This is truly the way you run a business and treat customer. Keep up the good work. Now I know why this business have 5 stars!

Reached out via Unilocal to get my 2014 Honda Accord tinted and can say hands down this was a great experience. I walked in with my mom knowing nothing besides that I wanted my car tinted.
He was extremely patient and covered literally everything with us. He explained to us the type of films they carry, showed us the color differences among the films, did a heat lamp demonstration of the Panaflex Ceramic film (as I was mainly concerned about protecting the black car leather), why tint was darker in the back, what the legal limit was in Washington, and even showed us what an 18% tint looked like because I was very indecisive. He definitely knows his stuff and is willing to explain with patience to his customers. As my mom said «I like him, that is what a good business owner should always be like.»
Besides my in person experience it’s almost eerie how accurate he was over the phone for pricing and time. He finished exactly within the promised 2 hours — so during that time my mom and I hopped over to grab some phở (that’s another review). He even was nice to point out and try to force fix a weatherstrip that had gotten bent from most likely the car dealership.
My end experience was just as great! He explained like other reviews mentioned how to care for my windows (NON-​AMMONIA window cleaner haha), to wait a few days to cure (why I waited to review), put a sticker to remind you to let it cure, AND he gives you a free microfiber wipe and a FULL-​SIZE bottle of window cleaner. (Not those small dinky sample size cleaners)
I’ve already recommended him to an aunt looking for a window tinter and will definitely keep on recommending! Oh, after my rave experience I forgot to mention I ended up with 20% (since I couldn’t decide between 18% and 25%) Panaflex Ceramic film. Will post photos later.

With all the great reviews I gave Brandon a call to ask some questions. He was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the best tint options for my car. Made an appointment and had him do his thing and could not be happier. Super clean and welcoming shop and just a great person to work with. I went with the Panaflex Ceramic tint at 20% and it’s perfect. You can’t go wrong here.

I came in to get my 2015 CLA 250 windows tinted to the legal limit. Brandon explained everything to me from the different brands of tint to the price to the sun protection. He answered all of my questions regarding what’s legal and what’s not in Washington which I appreciated a lot. Of course he gives you the option to go as light or dark as expensive or not as you want without pushing anything on you.
The waiting area inside is IMMACULATE. Clean, tidy, with a tv playing Creed when I walked in. I was lucky enough to have my SO come with me to kill time a bowling alley nearby. Brandon told me 3 hours to finish the job and he was right on time to the second. Again, this was amazing!
Lastly, he stepped outside and talked to me about the upkeep and how to care for the Windows as they dry in the coming days. He answered all my questions and was super clear about everything. When he showed me this wipe and special cleaner he recommended using on the Windows, I thought he was just showing me but he GAVE ME THE BOTTLE AND WIPE! Seriously nice touch.
Recommended him already to two buddies. Thanks again! I’ll be coming back for my upgrade car once my lease is up without a doubt! :)

I chose Diamond Window Tinting for the installation of tint in my 2014 Infiniti Q50 Sport Hybrid and quickly found out why Brandon gets 5 star ratings from all his customers. He is a true professional and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on what I wanted for tint on my vehicle without pressuring me with trying to up sell. We set an appointment to do the install on my windows and the day of I came in and wanted to add the sunroof and windshield to the job. Brandon accommodated me and squeezed it in even when he had other appointments. He got the job done in the time he specified while I waited and executed with great precision. When he was done he explained how to care for my new tint and gave me the proper cleaning supplies. Thanks Brandon you hooked it up and did a job that’s 2^nd to none. I chose to have my 2015 Audi A3 (aka «Klaudia») get fitted with sunglasses (aka window tint) at Diamond Window Tinting. My experience with Diamond Window Tinting was amazing from start to finish.
Unilocal has this amazing feature where you can send in a quote for services which I did and Brandon responded within the hour even though my request was sent well outside of normal business hours.
The booking process was painless and fast, all organized over Unilocal messages. Again, amazing.

Diamond Window Tinting is a one-​man show. Brandon is the owner and he’s also the talented guy who will install the tint, 3M Scotchguard or what-​have-​you. That’s another thing, Diamond Window Tinting installs 3M Scotchguard. I wish I would have known this so I could have had both tint and Scotchguard applied during a single appointment but, oh well. Brandon’s Scotchguard pricing was about 50% of the price Audi quoted me. Support your local businesses!
As for the visit, Klaudia and I arrived as the first appointment of the day this past Friday and Brandon drove Klaudia into the back area and then went through the different window tint options with me, including sliding panes of variously tinted glass in front of a heat lamp (which simulates the heat from the sun) so that I could feel how much of the heat was deferred by the different tints and then I made my decision and got tucked into the leather sofa to begin my work day while Brandon worked his magic.
The shop and bathrooms are pristine. They are seriously so clean. It’s almost unbelievable as to how clean the whole place was. This level of cleanliness is not one I would ever expect from any car service shop but wow, Brandon really outdid himself in this respect.
In the waiting room is a large leather sofa, coffee table, a few waiting room style chairs and a giant flat screen TV with a ton of channels via Comcast. Waiting for Klaudia to come out of surgery was like sitting in a living room. Diamond Window Tinting also has free and super fast wifi.
As for the window tint. Top marks from me though I’ve yet to roll down the windows to see the edge but I’m 100% confident that the edge will be perfect and if not, I’m 100% confident Brandon would remedy the issue, if there was one. I’m giving it a full five days to cure before rolling down the windows just to be extra careful. I can tell you that the 20% «best» tint looks amazing on a black car. It’s dark but not too dark and, well, it just makes Klaudia look sexy!

Great service, awesome quality work very happy with my tints on my q50. I got the «good» grade tints, which turned out nice on my car. I will be back for future cars as it is close to my work and home and their open on Saturdays!!! They carefully explain the quality behind each film and demonstrate it so it’s easy to make a decision.

Found Diamond Window Tinting here on Unilocal.I liked how they have so many good reviews and promptly called me after I left them a message. (Granted they left me a VM and I didn’t notice until I went to give them a call.)
Once I made my final decision of where to take my care (here!) I called to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday morning.
Forward to today, my appointment: Went in and Brandon met me at the door. I already knew I wanted the ceramic film, but he showed me the differences anyways with the heat box. (I’m glad I went with the ceramic. I’ll definitely notice my investment this summer!)
Before I left he said it’ll be done in 2.5 to 3 hours, he kept his word. I came back to pick up my car. He showed me the sticker he used to prevent me from rolling down my windows and gave me more info about the look of the tint plus threw in a can of cleaner plus a towel.
My friend who came to pick me up was so impressed, she said she’ll be coming here to do her windows. All in all a great experience. I’d definitely recommend Diamond and will bring any future cars here for window tinting.

Brandon did his thing with my new KIA K900. The customers service was great, he explained the different options of tints and the pricing to go along with it. I have to say his shop was pristine, everything was organized, the waiting room was a nice size with a comfortable couch and a big flat-​screen TV to watch while your waiting. This place is 5 stars hands down! I would recommend anyone to Diamond Window Tinting.
Also, I would recommend the carbon tint if you have kids. Nothing like hopping into a hot car with leather seats and burning your legs. At least with that carbon tint it helps block out the heat and keep your car cool inside.

As a birthday gift I had my dad’s black truck tinted while he was away on a trip. Marty was happy to work with my schedule to make sure it was a great surprise despite a week of rainy weather! It looks great and my dad was excited and truly surprised!

I dropped by today to get my windows tinted. The owner was helpful and got me in right away. I watched the magic happen and chit-​chatted the entire time.
The tint job is amazing on my new car.
