I mean all you have to do is look at the reviews of this place to get a good picture. The staff is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They will go out of their way to avoid you, and when you let them know you a displeased they will let you know they honestly do not care. I internationally avoid all of their locations, but this location is especially bad. Yes you might save a couple cents here, but God forbid if you have a question, or need any assistance.

I’m really not a Walmart fan based on my own personal and political reasons but considering this place is literally like a football field length away from my house and open 24 hours it’s super convenient to go there. they do price match and you don’t have to have the coupon which is awesome awesome awesome BUT that’s all they have going for them. after about 11pm they go down to one cashier and close the self checkout. which means if there are a lot of people(which there usually are) you’re going to be waiting for a long long time to check out. and their staff is not the friendliest. The other night I purchased an at home gel nail kit that the cashier neglected remove the security sensor from, so I had to make a second trip back to have it removed. understandably the manager wanted to double check with the original cashier and make sure I actually purchased it even though I brought the receipt back. not so understandable was that I didn’t even get an apology for having to make a second trip back to fix their mess up. if you happen to be out before midnight go to Fry’s across the street

Walked in a few times because I was in the area. Each time there was non-fresh produce, tons of people and not enough space, and nonexistent service. There is no butcher in the grocery store so I don’t really trust where the meat is coming from. They do seem to stock their items well, but that is the real only positive about this place. I’m definitely doing my grocery shopping elsewhere.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. I went to the cvs minute clinic after being sick for two weeks and because I didn’t have insurance, they recommended walmart pharmacy as the lowest priced option. It was 5pm and the doctor wanted me to start on the medications that night and walmart pharmacy was open till 7pm so she electronically sent my prescriptions there. I drove to walmart and went to the pharmacy counter and they looked me up and said there wasn’t anything yet. I asked how long it takes for them to get the prescriptions and the lady shook her head«I don’t know». I asked her if it would be worth waiting around or going home to wait«I don’t know». Apparently — they don’t know ANYTHING. So I went home and waited almost an hour and called. They had my prescriptions but had put them on hold because I was a new patient and they needed to get my info. Seriously upset that they hadn’t asked me when I was there. So I gave them all my info, including the fact that I didn’t have insurance and I would be paying with cash and they said the prescriptions wouldn’t be ready until 11am the next morning. At this point I’m already miffed but I wait and go in at 11am the next day. The prescriptions are not ready. I was told to give them another 20 minutes. So I shopped around the store and came back 30 minutes later and they were STILLNOTREADY. So I sat down outside the pharmacy and waited, for what seemed like ever. The pharmacist came out and asked me about my insurance. For the fifth time I told them I didn’t have insurance«well this is going to be expensive». Yeah, that’s the only reason I’m in the hell-hole of walmart sir is what I wanted to reply but I just said I know. So I waited — I don’t even know how much longer. When they finally called me up, they had given me a more expensive prescription than I was given on the quote the previous day, but I did NOT feel like waiting anymore so I just said whatever and paid for it. That is apparently how walmart makes money — they make you wait and screw you but know you are so tired of waiting that you’ll just pay the extra to get outta there. I will never ever go back.

I like price matching. Plain and simple as that. The selection in this store is good for my every day items. For Specialty items, I recommend Trader Joes or Sprouts. I have seen a wide variety of people who frighten(or entertain) me both inside the store and out, and have on rare occasion come across an employee who woke up on the wrong side of the bed. However with a small child, I can’t run all over town for good deals, so I come here. Most of the employees are friendly(Occasionally pointing me towards a price match deal I missed). The store is reasonably clean, the produce selection is good. Unless you are looking for submissions to add to , go on weekday mornings! When I do it is me and a few grannies getting groceries and the experience is much less eye opening for my daughter!

This is the Wal-Mart Grocer I used to visit all the time. I still go from time to to time. The store itself is okay– I like the prices, and the variety is pretty good for things I want. I’m not super fond of the area around it– I am usually pan handled every visit, the parking lot is crowded, and it generally feels less than safe. The store could be a lot cleaner and some of the carts are broken down(and what’s up with not offering hand baskets for small amounts of items?) I do like the handiness of groceries, toiletries, medicine, and household items all in one. I often do the self-checkout to speed through. Lines can get pretty crazy here. Things I want like Soy Milk and fruit for smoothies are readily available. I do like it’s 24 hours so I can come by later if I need something. Otherwise, I really prefer Target for lower priced items and a cleaner, easier shopping experience.

I like this place better than the Wal-mart on Speedway. It is well stocked and it made me feel welcome. I have not met a cashier because I did check it out on my own and it hurts employment a little :-(

It’s a Walmart that’s as small as a grocery store with a crowded little parking lot that’s not to easy to get into.

Let me preface this by saying, I am not a Walmart fan. So why do I go there? Well, sometimes it’s just a convenience thing. I have stopped by on my way home from work or realized I forgot an ingredient for a meal. Why don’t I pull into Fry’s that is across the street? Sheer and utter laziness in having to fight the horrendous traffic at this particular intersection. The lines are long, there are always creepers in the parking lot, the staff is unpleasant(for the most part) and it kind of smells like a gym in the summer time. Why two stars instead of one? They have great prices and 99% of the time, I find exactly what I am looking for, usually, it is nothing fancy.

It’s cheap but the selection is lousy and the service is terrible, except in the pharmacy. Probably the best place to show your out-of-town friends what meth users look like. If you want produce, drive a mile to Sunflower Market. But for mass-produced, packaged items– this is the cheapest. If you try to return something, they treat you like a criminal. The worst thing about the store is that when I tell people I shop there, they give me a bunch of crap. You know what? We’re poor! That’s why we shop there! If we could afford AJ’s– we’d go there.
