Our Townhome option even has a private garage! We offer 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments, all with individual leases. If you don’t have a roommate in mind, no worries, we can match you with a roommate based on your preferences. History

Established in 2003.

Enjoy spacious bedrooms with built-​in desks and attached bathrooms, large living rooms, fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and balconies overlooking the sparkling resort style pool area. Also, coming this summer, new luxury wood style floors and pet-​friendly accomodations! Our awesome pool area also offers 2 TVs with cable, a basket ball hoop, BBQ grills, a tanning island, and a heated spa. At The Standard, you’ll also find an entirely equipped fitness center, a study room with a printer and fax machine available for residents’ use, and a tanning room personally designed by one of our treasured residents. Set amidst lush desert landscaping, The Standard is just a few miles to the U of A Campus, shopping, I-​10, and historical downtown Tucson, and a hop, skip, and a jump from Downtown Pima Community College Campus. We set the bar high… it’s no wonder we are called The Standard!
