Nice apartment complex but it is little older. The new units come with good upgrades that the older units do not have. Apartment staff is attentive to the needs of the residents and try there best to resolve issues that might arise. Community is very quiet and not to many problems that I can see.

After owning nice homes for 35 years, I’ve been renting a 2br/2ba apartment here for almost two years. The rent is reasonable, the leasing staff(currently Astrid and LaVell) are responsive and easy to work with, and the repair guys are top notch. Management takes pride in the appearance of the complex. Situated on the west side of Tucson adjacent to a golf course, the sunsets are gorgeous and wildlife is plentiful. I understand that the workout facilities and pool are very good. Finally, there’s a nice sense of community here. I feel at home.

While we toured this place, it seemed perfect. It was set in the beautiful mountains, the apartment was huge, and everything was so nice… Until we moved in. To start, at 3AM our fire alarms went off for NO reason. No indication the battery was dying(like a chirp or anything) just a full on alarm at 2:48AM. Talk about a terrible experience. Secondly, the first good rain we got? Our roof leaked. They offered to put us in an empty apartment to sleep ONTHEFLOOR while they fixed the roof in our bedroom. Lastly, the kitchen is falling apart. The fridge died, the stove is on the outs, and somehow, our electric bill went to over 200/month from the initial 100 and we haven’t changed a thing. Look elsewhere. There are bugs in all the apartments and the office staff is a bunch of incompetent jerks who put notices on the doors to «go in and check» the apartment whenever they want.
