Had a pulled pork sandwich at Oro Valley Festival of Arts. Was the worst bbq ever! The pork was lukewarm and slathered with a one-​dimensional, sickeningly-​sweet sauce. Yuck!!! I was also bothered that the order taker who handled money was seen «helping» the cook put together our order. I only hope he put on a pair of gloves (at a minimum) but didn’t seem that he did. Double yuck!!!

A relatively new food truck that I saw at the Winter Street fair. I had a taste of their bacon jam, it was delicious. Savory but not too sweet. I got the pork sliders and they were really good too. A lot of places make the mistake of having greasy meat or overpowering BBQ sauce but that was not the case here. I hope they keep it going and show up at more events.
