Ever time I buy parts from this location I get the wrong part. I always have to call them back and give part numbers so I can get the right part number. Every time I go to this place they seem more concerned with talk amongst each other then help people out, unless they want to buy a bike. I can buy the parts myself and get it right, so why do I need you guys. We need competent people behind the counter, not just pretty faces.

This is the 3^rd time I have stopped here to take a look at a motorcycle. Each and every time, I get the exact same treatment. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes while browsing while I was able to count 8 employees that were visible somewhere on the sales floor or an office. I never even got an acknowledgement of me entering the building, let alone asking if I needed any help. It apparently takes 2 employees to help one customer and 1 female employee being hit on by 2 male customers. If they do not know you personally, the employees will just ignore you every time. I’d choose to go somewhere else any time. That’s exactly what I’m doing. I didn’t even get acknowledged as I left, when I walked past 2 employees right by the front door. I won’t be back.

My recent experience with ride now was enough to make me forget about wanting a yamaha and make my next bike a KTM. I went in on a Saturday and after doing a quick review of my credit Hayden in sales told me it was going to happen and we did a little celebration for the impending sale. I was gonna have to come in on Monday because it was getting late on Saturday and the banks were closing. Then Monday comes and I am told no. They did everything they could and it just wouldn’t work.
But the funny thing is that my wife received letters from the bank almost the very next day explaining why when she tried it didn’t work and here I am a week later and nothing. I even went on Quizzle to see if they ran my credit and i found nothing. Ever since then I have been racking my brain trying to figure out what happened, what changed and the only thing I can think of between Saturday evening and Monday evening when I was «denied» that changed, is that I foolishly shared with the staff the fact that I have a mental illness. They began treating me like I wasn’t good enough to own one of their bikes. The lady at the counter Charmagne even laughed in my face when I brought up the idea of speaking to the manager, Chris Chesnut, which tells me that the staff behavior and attitude is not only condoned but also encouraged by management. When yamaha «public relations» called, all they did was pass the buck and then the lady told me not to try and buy things my credit could not afford, not knowing that all evidence points to my credit being put into the circular file. At this point I am not sure what to do, I have been told to talk to the Attorney General, ACLU even BBB but I don’t really know what that will do. I just wanted the chance to pay for a bike, thanks for nothing yamaha.

If I could give this plase no stars I would!!! I attempted to buy a bike from this location, well let’s just say it did not happen… after I was told it would. So long story short… I made and offer on a motorcycle. They said no. Okay, that is there right. Then my husband made a slightly higher offer the Internet sales manager said «okay I can do that. I have left for the day, I will write it up in the morning.» So we go online, do the credit app. Then we call to follow up Since no one called me. I ask what is going on they say well we got u approved. Then they say we can’t sell you the bike at the price we told you we could. So they put a hard inquiry on my credit after lying and saying we had a deal. This is shady business, stay away. Go buy a bike a a dealer that doesn’t lie.

Haven’t purchased a bike here, yet; however, I know u will. I’ve been using their services department for my motorcycle since I live in the apartments. These guys are awesome. I would highly reccommend any of my friends or family to go here for maintenance. Also, the staff is very friendly.

Scott in service is awesome. He and his crew always take care of me and my bikes.
I know my bikes are in good hands when I bring them in for service or tires, or whatever I need at the time.

I have been in here several times to buy new quads. Each time I shopped around, not wanting to drive up to the valley or down to Sierra Vista. They always throw high numbers at you after offering prices that are not competitive with dealerships outside of Tucson. So of course, each time I ended up going elsewhere. When I brought them in my Honda Rincon for service, with about 10 hours on it. There was not a scratch on this thing. They also were asked to install a winch I had purchased. When I picked it up there were scratches all over the thing. As far as the winch installation goes, I was all like, really? Instead of cutting down excess cord, they wound it up and zip tied it. The remainder was hanging in to the shocks and the zip tie ends were not even trimmed. Needless to say I was not happy. The manager of the store did reimburse me for the service which satisfied the financial part of the equation. It obviously did not restore my faith in the service department. When it came time to get a new quad, I looked at the Polaris Sportsman. Of course I shopped around and was hit with high quotes from this store. So again I went out of town and purchased from Cochise Motorsports in Sierra Vista. I saved $ 1500 bucks on a brand new 2012 Polaris Sportsman and got the extended warranty, and front and rear storage boxes. Unfortunately I had some issues with the Sportsman. It backfired like crazy when it was slowing down. So I took it to the only authorized Polaris dealer in town, Ride Now. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it and the issue continued although Polaris customer service told me that it was not normal. Then the front axel broke, with less then 8 hours on it. It was there over a week and sat outside of course. When I got it back I noticed the brakes felt funny. Once I got home and went for a ride, I found that I had no brakes what so ever as I was leaving for a ride. I brought it back and they told me the slave cylinder went out. They were less than accommodating with me and didn’t seem to believe me as I was explaining the issue. Eventually they fixed it. After that I took it to the other store on 22^nd, which is a much longer drive for me, and have had much better luck.

These guys are shady with their pricing. A $ 1600 scooter was $ 2400 out the door. So, they wanted me to pay 50% of the price of the scooter, $ 800, in fees. I laughed at them and walked away. I have heard from many people that the RideNow group always tries to gouge their customers with fees. There are many other choices for buying scooters and motorcycles, do not choose RideNow.

So after days of anger and frustration of someone slashing my tires at the gym… I finally was able to venture over here to get my new tire for my Yamaha R6. Quickly they took my bike in after seeing me pull up to the front. Immediately I was like wow, they don’t mess around. I like that, quick, customer service.
While waiting for my tire to be replaced… I lingered around and checked out the store. They have varieties motorcycles, gears, and accessories. It’s almost like motorcycle heaven. With all different brands of helmets to gear. It’s like I wanted to buy so many stuff but as all us riders know, gear isn’t cheap! With one leather padded jacket I could buy 4 shirts from Armani! The place is rather big and well organized though which is great especially to have bikes parked in there at the same time.
The staff was friendly, they answered all my questions I had to ask and didn’t look at me like I was a piece of meat and trying to make a sell. Which I do love not getting pestered at dealerships.
In the end my tire replacement came out great. Fresh new tire, they even added some oil into my bike too since they said it was lower than normal. I thought that was very nice of them. They had me leaving this place satisfied and happy to ride on the streets again! Ride on!

Bought a bike here and Adrian was great. I had a couple of issues with the bike and the service center took the bike in right away and fixed my issues. Then they called me back to let me know they did have the extras (seat and windshield) mentioned in the sale of the bike. Everyone was professional and friendly. I would recommend them to others.

Friendly sales staff ;) mike was very helpful ! Took us for a ride in one if the Razors ;) never know we might get 1 ;)
